Starting a new hits section for 2022 hits.  Thank you @Lenor and others for finding our hits! I am carrying over to here hits posted from January 1, 2022.

I took All of the hits posted in the previous Hits thread and posted them in an easy-to-read list of 2020 and 2021 hits on this site. You can view them by hovering your mouse over the menu item PREDICTIONS and clicking on the submenus that pop up.  We have averaged a thousand hits a year since I started keeping close track in 2019. It's a remarkable list. There is nothing even close to it anywhere on the web, although many have tried to duplicate it. And what is the most remarkable of all is that most if not all of the people who made these hits are not professional psychics. Just empathic, caring, creative, and yes talented people who feel connected to our whole world.

I just saw this happened in the news yesterday. I don’t know how often it happens but it stood out to me. I heard it also snowed in Egypt recently.

There will be snow in Florida. (Enkasongwriter) For December 2021

@tonyaw    Snow in Florida is not common, but it happens.  Okaloosa County is up in the panhandle-- far northwestern Florida.  They get flurries in Jacksonville from time to time too.     It is more rare for snow to actually stick.  I'm in northern Florida but south of Jax.  Nevertheless, I've seen  a few flurries. And in December of 1989 it  got down to 17 degrees F and a half-inch of snow fell on the ground and stuck.  In shady parts of my yard, it stuck for three days.  Christmas shoppers in their cars were sliding all over the roads.  My bf was visiting from up north and he was laughing at all the inept winter drivers.

This year we haven't even hit freezing yet.  :-(  Freezes are good.  They cut back the bug population and help keep invasive exotic lizards and frogs and snakes from migrating farther north.

Predictions about today!

  • Biden gives a big speech. The critics are merciless, so much right-wing spin. But we know he’s completed a gargantuan task. (Jeanne Mayell) 6/16/21
  • People will commemorate the January 6th, 2021, events. This is important for the American democracy to continue flourishing. (Bright Opal)9/26/21

And this

  • Rebuilding. It is slow and difficult, but it needs to be done. President Biden is celebrated and appreciated in an outpouring of affection because people realize he has been the Comforter-inChief. (Serpens)9/30/20

In each of the following articles, Biden is called the “Comforter-in-Chief:

Biden comforts Louisiana as police go door-to-door after devastating floods in NY, NJ | The Independent

Joe Biden is the comforter-in-chief, according to CNN's Chris Cillizza. ... President Biden talking to Americans with sincerity and he tried really hard to ...

Opinion | It’s been six months since Biden took office. Here’s how he stands. - The Washington Post

Here’s a more humorous hit for us:

  • I see an orangutan in the style of the Jungle Book art. He is wearing a wig and sunglasses. This must be in the news for some reasons. (Lovendures)

All My Apes Gone - NFT Thefts

NFTs (“Non-Fungible Tokens”) are the latest cryptocurrency fad, combining all of the worst elements of crypto markets with all of the worst elements of fine art galleries & speculative markets. In a nutshell, NFTs use blockchain technology to “verify” “ownership” of digital images. Cryptobros have latched onto this as the hot new thing and are spending truly absurd amounts of money to purchase these images. One of the most popular brands of NFTs are the Bored Apes - procedurally generated cartoon monkeys that people can use for social media icons & such.

It’s basically a giant unregulated gambling casino, and a lot of people are going to be left holding the bag once everything comes crashing down.

Thank you for finding this hit. It sure does seem to fit the prediction.  It was predicted September 2021 for January 2022.

Boy there sure is a world I don't know much about including cold and hot wallets .

@saokymo That was a great hit to figure out! I know a bit about cryptocurrency and NTF’s but I have no interest in learning more. Too complicated and seems kinda scammy!

That's a good one about The Speech!  I thought of that prediction as I was listening to it live, had just read it again a day or two before...

Suuuuuuuuuuuuuper Scammy.  I went down a rabbit hole on crypto currency one afternoon and if I knew who to bill to get those 3 hours back, I would.

Less of a hit but more of an "Underscoring other predictions"

CBS Evening News this evening's "On the Road with Steve Hartman" showed our intrepid reporter going to see a woman who reads the tarot.  I did not catch her name on this viewing but we can all catch it again on the Sunday Morning website when it appears there this weekend.

He did not cover the whole reading, but his question was "Will she be okay" referring to America.

The final card (It was a Celtic Cross spread) pulled was "The Lovers" in it's upright meaning - so - here's yet another person who says we're going to be okay :-)

@lovendures Your Orangetang hit is truly remarkable. And the fad itself reminds me of what happened with Beanie Babies back before computers when my kids were small.   Thank you @saokymo for finding it.

People should also know that the climate impact of crypto is horrific, even while crypto has politically appealing impacts, i.e., that it's decentralized and averts the big banks. But it's not worth the fact that it will cause a damaging surge of greenhouse gas use.

https://news.climate.columbia.edu/2021/09/20/bitcoins-impacts-on-climate-and-the-environment/

Bitcoin requires huge amounts of electricity to operate. Globally Bitcoin’s power consumption translates into an estimated 22 to 22.9 million metric tons of CO2 emissions each year—equivalent to the CO2 emissions from the energy use of 2.6 to 2.7 billion homes for one year. One study warned that Bitcoin could push global warming beyond 2°C. Another estimated that bitcoin mining in China alone could generate 130 million metric tons of CO2 by 2024.

@jeanne-mayell

Wow!  You would think it would help the environment, but then again,  don't really know a lot about it.

@lovendures

Yes, every single bitcoin or blockchain transaction consumes a staggering amount of electricity which, in turn, results in global warming emissions.

For all those in places affected by the freeze, I wish you safety and warmth.

@jeannemayell predicted CA becoming as close to an independent country as possible.  This hit comes up regularly but some of Newsom's announcements yesterday seemed important.

47.5 billion state budget surplus - https://twitter.com/GavinNewsom/status/1480610309190533123?s=20

Expanding abortion access - https://twitter.com/GavinNewsom/status/1480620847337328642?s=20

Universal healthcare in CA - https://twitter.com/GavinNewsom/status/1480618598762647553?s=20

Exploring ways for CA to produce insulin. Last year he mentioned CA manufacturing generic drugs.  Hopefully this is a foot in that door.  https://twitter.com/GavinNewsom/status/1480635314389487618?s=20

GM joining CA in fight for clean air and emissions - https://twitter.com/CAgovernor/status/1480345204582322179?s=20

Some years back a political friend in the know said that CA would take the lead in marriage equality because this state was the only one that could afford the fight.  I’m hoping Newsom’s announcements are forward moving groundwork for other states.

We are just two weeks into 2022. Here are the hits we've found so far thanks to @Lenor - the champ in finding hit for us, as well as @lovendures, @tonyaw @deetoo @theungamer, and @saokymo for finding that hilarious and amazing hit by @Lovendures about the orangutan, oh, and @triciaCT's Cows hit. Included a photo of that one.

Also notable was Serpens prediction a year ago that in 2022, Biden would be appreciated as "The Comforter in Chief." Literally, he was named that this month.
