Didn't want to add this to the Beirut thread, but I don't like this at all: a pattern of fires & explosions against critical infrastructure in Iran, Iraq, and Lebanon.

A day after the Beirut tragedy:

Massive fire breaks out at food warehouse in Ajman, UAE.

Fires have broken out at over 20 food warehouses in Najaf, Iraq.

And a fire at an Iranian industrial site adds to wave of mysterious explosions.

I don't like the looks of this at all. Curious what everyone is is thinking/feeling.

Yet another fire at a food warehouse at the port of Beirut today.  This is threatening food disruptions.

My first thought as I read this was that Israel is involved somehow.

Just speculation, but if they were to take over Lebanon, it would give them pretty much the entire coastline and would be a strategic asset if they wanted to expand their leverage in the middle east. The recent peace breakthrus and normalization of relations with Arab countries seems strange because we know Trump and Netanyahu are always playing an angle and arent exactly peace gurus. Something big is being planned behind the scenes. I just have no idea what.
