I think this morning's news that Trump can't make his bond may cause a cascade of hits about Trump's demise. I know it's not good to count your rabbits before they hatch, ha ha, but Trump is running out of options in his NY cases where he has  $454 million bond due in just five days. His lawyers now say that he's been shot down by 30 companies for getting the money.

Reading the comments from The NY Times article on this was enlightening and reassuring. His rejection from 30, yes THIRTY financial companies for funds, makes it clear that he's been inflating his assets for years, living off of other people's money, has very little of his own.  The self professed multi-billionaire should have been able to post a half a billion dollar bond.  His rejection from 30 companies also indicates that financial companies do not trust the man.  They know he won't ever pay them back because, he's likely to lose his case, and even if he wins his case, he has left hundreds in the lurch.  He's the king of not paying for the services he received.

Visualizing  that the NY Judge and all other possible judges refuse to give him more time and instead decide it is time to treat him like the rest of us. 99% of people would not have even gotten this far with the justice system.  Perhaps the justice system in New York will be the first to put its foot down on this man.

If you have access to this article, it's the comments I suggest you read. Intelligent, informative, and satisfying comments.

My hope is that the judge himself and the possible appeals judges are also reading these comments.

I think this is another hit for @Lovendures' Prediction that Kamala Harris is so strong now. I don't have the exaact wording or when she made it and for what month. But I'm reading this headline in today's Boston Globe:  Kamala Harris Emerges as Democrats' leading Voice in Abortion Access

My 2016 audio vision Texas, Texas, Texas is continuing to come unfold and get more hits.  The bottom line of that vision was that the Lone Star State would set precedents in separating from the Union. I am not thinking secession, although I was thinking secession back when I had the vision. But now I'm thinking that the state will set precedents for a more decentralized union.

It was the most spooky and yet wondrous vision I have ever had.

I heard voices, they sounded like male angels, effeminate, almost androgenous; they sounded a bit worried, and I thought they were other-wordly beings on the other side, angels, but not the warm fuzzy kind. They had nervousness in their voices.    I can still hear them today. They were marching, and chanting, Texas, Texas, Texas, as a foreshadowing of things to come. I've heard whispers from trees and beings on the other side. But this was actual sound inside my ears! I wonder if their nervousness reflects the fears of people who oppose migrants.

At the time, I took it to mean that the Lone Start State would attempt to secede from the union if Donald Trump were not elected, or if the extreme right that was starting to get traction, did not get its way.  At the time, the extreme right was escalating, the Koch Brothers were at the height of their Tea Party power and I was concerned about where this rising conservative tide would lead.

Over the last few days, the state has barred any immigrants from coming across their borders. The problem with that decision, is that they are constitutionally not allowed to make immigration policy, which is a federal responsibility.

The State challenged a federal court prohibition of arresting any migrants without the state's authorization. SCOTUS yesterday immediately said it would put a stay on that federal court decision pending a federal appeals court decision Then witinin hours, a federal appeals court upheld the lower federal court ban on Texas's immigration rule. It will likely now go to SCOTUS, who, no surprise, indicate they support the State's decision to make its own immigration law. What is next?  SCOTUS weighs in? @Allyn

Some other visions I had ten years ago also seem to be unfolding now. They mostly spelled an increasing decentralization of the U.S, with more state indepedence from the feds.

Another set of hits around migration.  I will find those predictions but we had said migration would escalate and would become a major issue for host countries.

Today in Massachusetts, the Boston Globe is reporting  unprecedented rancor in suburban town meetings in in which residents expressed adamant opposition to temporary migrant housing in their towns. Migration is escalating and someting has to give. This is, sadly, something we predicted. I will try to find those predictions.

@jeanne-mayell

I recently (March 2nd  I believe) posted this about Harris in the Random prediction thread.

i have had many RTF predictions about her too.

Yes, I would say this is a hit.  More to come too.

Here is the random prediction from that date:

I have felt V.P. Kamala Harris will be out front much more this year for quite some time as  I have seen her active in many of RTFN visions.

I would like to re-state this intuitive thought here in the Random Prediction section and even expand it.

Expect the Biden Administration to have Kamala Harris to be very visible this year.

 Expect her to be active on the campaign trail, doing interviews and press conferences. Expect her to be a central figure in meetings to negotiate  agreements and compromises. Expect to hear she is working behind the scenes on projects. Expect her to lead/respond to attacks on opponents.  And of course,  as always, expect her to be front and center on human/ women's rights issues and Supreme Court rulings.  Anything judicial in nature.

Today it was announced  Kamala Harris will meet with Israeli war cabinet member Benny Gantz at the White House on Monday in the hopes of  reaching a deal for a temporary ceasefire and increase the flow of aid to Gaza. She is currently in N.C. on a campaign stop ahead of Super Tuesday.  Yesterday she met with an Alabama IVF patient.

The more she is prominent in the news, expect Fox to complain about her.

@jeanne-mayell

In response to your question, the Fifth Circuit will probably hold onto this matter for several weeks at least.  Last night, they voted 2 to 1 to block the ban as they listened to oral arguments today.  I understand from reading multiple legal websites that the argument today did not go well for Texas.

In short, the law is extremely vague (reasonable suspicion that someone might be an illegal immigrant, which is pretty much the lowest standard of law out there, which is also the same standard officers use when they pull you over.)  Further, the law would be difficult to enforce (Mexico has already said that it would not accept any immigrants from Texas, so where else are they going to send them?  Canada?!).  Also, state cops worry alot about violent crime, and the vast majority of the perpetrators are American citizens.  Most of them don't have the time or resources necessary to deal with this issue.

After this matter is heard in the fifth circuit, it will almost certainly be sent back up to the Supreme Court, who will fool around for a bit because they already have several highly charged political matters to overcome (AKA Trump immunity and birth control).  So we will have this going back and forth for some time, I am afraid.

Abortion is the driving factor for Democrats, so Republicans are trying to use immigrantion as a means to counter the anger many of us feel about them.  This could backfire, especially if we get an officer who doesn't follow the law or common sense.  (I am referring to the recent cases of the Mississippi "goon squad," where six white officers brutalized two black men back in 2022.  And by brutalized...well, let's just say that one was sentenced to 40 years today, and I think he got off light.)

Just a quick prediction, but I suspect the Supreme Court will vote against birth control while also voting against Trump's immunity claim (although they may send it back to the lower courts to give him more time).  The Supreme Court is counting on the fact that there are enough MAGA people to keep Biden or anyone else to garner enough support to change the Supreme Court, be it term limits or adding more seats to affect the balance.  And they are probably right.

I know many of us seen Biden as the Victor this election, but has anyone seen a blue wave?  One where Democrats take enough of the county where we can do what we want and not be paralyzed by MAGA.

Speaking of which, will MAGA ever go away?  If Trump disappears, will MAGA people go back and live under whatever rock they were under before, or will they find a new leader to rally around.  Because we have had Trump for almost a decade, and the thought of more years with his movement is difficult to think about, especially since we have severe climate change matters on the horizon.

My 2016 audio vision Texas, Texas, Texas is continuing to come unfold and get more hits.

The thing about Texas, is that all of the major cities are Blue (with the possible exception of Fart Fort Worth).  The only reason that the Reds win here, is extreme gerrymandering and filthy corruption.

 Just the other day i was at the grocery store. I turned the corner into an aisle, and there was a guy, older than me, wearing a red MAGA hat. I spontaneously busted out laughing. He was like "What??"  and my finger (also spontaneously) pointed at his hat. I didn't mean to point and laff, it just happened.  I live in Houston, the 4th largest city in the USA, and i had never seen one of those hats in the wild. And believe me, they look even dorkier in real life than they do on TV.

 Texas has never been serious about ending immigration. If they were, they would just arrest the people and companies who hire the immigrants.  The whole shtick is just to keep immigrants scared and fearful, so that they will continue to work for subpar wages, under horrifying conditions, lest they be turned in.    Oh, and also to try to make President Biden look bad.

 If the Mexicans were to all leave, the economy of Texas would totally crash, and Texas would have to suck even harder on the big blue nipple of all those so-called Socialist states of America that support the red states through their tax dollars.  Red states always take more than they give. Anyone who lives in TX should thank their lucky stars for California and New York and Massachusetts and all of the other "giving" states.

    Who's gonna build your wall?
