@cindy Thank you for the governor’s message. I have been too furious to be on too much social media. It is nice to know I have a sister soul in the state with me. Now if only we could ensure a victory for this years Senate race in the state.
I pray that the future brings peace for you as well.
Cindy,
The prediction you said in your post-I just said that in mine as well. I'm glad I'm not imagining it lol.
I remember it as it really caught my attention. I was wondering at the time how that would come to pass. Now we know.
A corrupt, compromised court that has lost the respect of the majority of Americans, except for those who used it to accomplish their fascist agenda.
Yesterday I kept hearing Beethoven's Symphony No. 7 in major op. 92- II, Allegretto pop into my head. I have noticed when I start to randomly hear this melody play in my mind, it can mean something ominous is about to occur. I made note of it.
Here is the song.
It does become a bit lighter after the beginning and at the end, the melody is repeated but altered a bit so it is less heavy. At least there is that.
But I only was hearing the beginning part yesterday which is the normal way I am presented with this song as a foreboding warning.
Lovendures, I love that movement known as a funeral march. And I can't help but think that you are tapping into the SCOTUS decision as a catalyst for the end of the era of despots. Napoleon had just been defeated in France and it was the end of a despotic era for him. Ironically, Beethoven had written Eroica (the third symphony) earlier as a celebration of Napoleon who many thought was going to be democratic leader to take place of the monarchy. But he turned out to be a despot.
Anyway, I think the SCOTUS decision is the beginning of the end for the Trumpian billionaire era, and your thoughts of Beethovan's seventh symphony funeral march reflect that it's going to be curtains for this SCOTUS and for Trump, the way it was for Napoleon.
When I woke up today to my phone going bonkers with alerts and read the news, I also felt the "funeral march" I heard was also about SCOUTS not just yesterday, but certainly today. Love how you explained the tie of Beethoven and Napoleon.
Interesting connections.
@cindy I fully agree with you, although I do see a physical war. We are already looking at the physical war - in Uvalde, in Buffalo, Boulder, Sandy Hook, the Pulse, our churches, our supermarkets, our schools - the very seat of our government. We've been seeing violent war here for 20 plus years and although everyone screams let's not let this become the "norm" it IS the norm. We're in a violent war as we speak. We have just conditioned ourselves to ignore it.
I 'see' the combination of the Jan 6 hearings and the decisions of the corrupt Supreme Court slapping us out of our complacency. And I 'see' more violence (bumpyness).
I also 'see' women turning this with minimal violence. The fuse was long, it finally hit the keg, and we're not going to let it go on anymore. The keg is going to explode, but it will be through as peaceful a means as possible.
Back in November I had this dream:
I had a dream last night. I have very weird dreams usually. I dreamt that a woman was pregnant and her baby was under threat of evil forces. There were 7 transformers providing protection to her and the world. I think the transformers may have been an interpretation of archangels or totem guardians. They allowed the woman to pull their hearts out and swallow them so they could also grow inside her womb to protect the child and allow their DNA to combine with the baby. When the woman was supposed to give birth, the 7 protectors would return to their former selves. An evil presence which seemed more like a space ship was scouting and looking for the pregnant woman. With the guardians inside her womb, she transformed into a new planet or world. She was way more powerful than the ones hunting her. If this dream is prophetic than by my estimate of a 9-month pregnancy, something big and world-changing should happen by July 2022. Does anyone else have any interpretations of this or feel anything really big is coming?
And now it's starting to make sense to me. In the dream, I remember the woman tranforming into a new world. I believe it was femininity rising. The space ships that were fighting against her were like little flies compared to her power. She wasn't concerned or worried about them subduing her. She was the most powerful being our world has ever seen and there was no fear of going back to evil ways.
Looking at the dream now, I think it's timed to coincide with the SCOTUS ruling on Roe v Wade. I think this was a dream to not worry about the future. We're going to be okay. The matriarchy is rising and nothing can stop it. The patriarchy is decreasing in power and they will never come back to the way they were.
@cindy I so feel the accuracy of your statement.
Fucking monsters… they want to force us to have children that their adoring gun toting deviants can target practice with at schools, churches, synagogues and grocery stores and movie theaters and any other public gathering places…. I so pray this is the fulcrum to wake to action all the side line sitters complacent in the belief that it doesn’t matter.
and I apologize for my profanity if it offends anyone... there are times it is needed tho.
I had to say good-bye and fly away home to my 17.5 year old pup, faithful companion, today... the grief and the hits just keep on coming...
When I stepped outside earlier... a black and blue butterfly came and sat on my shoulder as I watered my garden. I know all of this too shall pass but right now? It's soooo hard and my head is splitting and my eyes swollen as I grieve all that has come to pass.
My prayers for you and yours as you face the days ahead of your father going Home as well. May you be strengthened and sustained by those who love you and lift you to the Light and may the Highest Good for all Concerned be made manifest. Much Love and Light to you.
@chromosomexy I agree with your interpretation 100%. Your dream is a great gift to our community. It gives us hope.
I want to bring this interesting note to everyones attention.
Every guy friend of my 23 year old daughter who has commented publicly on the SCOTUS ruling overturning Roe has been very upset by the ruling. They want woman to make their own choice and are upset that it was a handful of men who overturned a right they also hold dearly as well.
My point?
Don't overlook the men in our lives who also think this horrific decision is wrong. I am really happy to see all the men in front of the Supreme Court support a woman's choice and who are also disillusioned as with the court. Especially the young men.
The Crosby Stills Nash and Young song Teach Your Children comes to mind. The 20 somethings to early 30 somethings are the children of my generation. I am encouraged by this generation and I am reminded once again about the importance of the education of our youth.
They are our future.
Must have a code that you can live by
And so, become yourself
Because the past is just a goodbye
Their father's hell did slowly go by
And feed them on your dreams
The one they pick's the one you'll know by
If they told you, you would cry
So just look at them and sigh
And know they love you
Can't know the fears (And can you see?)
That your elders grew by (We must be free)
And so, please help (To teach your children)
Them with your youth (What you believe in)
They seek the truth (Make a world)
Before they can die (That we can live in)
Their children's hell will slowly go by
And feed them on your dreams
The one they pick's the one you'll know by
If they told you, you will cry
So just look at them and sigh
And know they love you

I want to say just overall, as a person who spends a great deal of time with youth, Gen Y and Z in particular are going to make up for Gen X's overall apathy and invisibility, and the Boomers who are definitely long past their political expiration date, yet somehow continue to get moved around the fridge instead of removed. Gen Y and Z may have the self absorption of youth, but they're very much attuned to this.
