With tears in my eyes, I can say that a dawn is coming.
- It is hard to see through all the smoke, all the fire, the losses and the carnage of what needed to burn before the good could become new again.
- I feel the smell of rot and ruin, but it means that fire has started, and all fire burns itself out.
- And now we are to endure and remember our best selves and do what we can do, and what needs to be done to make our world better.
- Do not underestimate what you cannot see.
- We are in a time when what you see is not real. Use your heart. Not your mind.
- Now is the time hope must live without evidence of what your own goodness will bring.
- Each of us feels the collective hurt and as such can heal from the inside out. Take care of your family and your businesses. Do not ever think that good will lose even as it seems so dark.
