Part 1 – Using Our Services
1. Welcome
Welcome to JeanneMayell.com.
These Terms of Service govern your use of JeanneMayell.com, which is owned and operated by EKI, Inc. (Extraordinary Knowing, Inc.) Throughout these Terms, “JeanneMayell.com,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to EKI, Inc.
We have written these Terms in plain English whenever possible because we believe legal agreements should be understandable. By accessing this website or purchasing any of our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our Services
Our mission is to explore intuition through predictions, readings, classes, guided meditations, and community discussion, encouraging curiosity, self-reflection, and personal growth.
Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Prediction Memberships, providing access to members-only predictions, articles, and related content.
- Personal Readings with Jeanne Mayell.
- Classes and Educational Programs designed to develop intuitive skills.
- Guided Meditations and other digital educational materials.
- Community Forums, where members may share ideas, experiences, and respectful discussion.
- Educational Resources related to intuition, personal growth, and spirituality.
We reserve the right to modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our Services at any time.
3. Purchases and Refund Policy
3a. Prediction Memberships
Upon purchasing a Prediction Membership, you will receive access to members-only content for the duration of your subscription.
If you choose automatic renewal during checkout, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period using your payment method on file unless you cancel before your renewal date.
As a courtesy, we will send a reminder to the email address associated with your account approximately two (2) days before your subscription renews.
You are responsible for canceling your membership before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription. Once a subscription renews, you are responsible for the renewal charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account. You may also submit a cancellation request through our Contact Form. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for us to process cancellation requests received through the Contact Form. Because processing is not immediate, requests submitted less than twenty-four (24) hours before a scheduled renewal may not take effect before the renewal is processed. To avoid renewal charges, we recommend canceling your subscription directly through your online account whenever possible.
From time to time, we may modify, expand, or discontinue portions of our Services as our website and offerings evolve. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice whenever practicable.”
Promotional or discounted subscription rates may be offered from time to time. Unless otherwise stated at the time of the offer, subscribers who purchase a promotional rate and maintain a continuous subscription through automatic renewal will continue renewing at that promotional rate. If a subscription expires or is canceled, any future purchase or renewal will be subject to the subscription rates then in effect.
3b. Personal Readings with Jeanne Mayell
Appointments canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment, Jeanne Mayell reserves the right to retain all or part of the payment, depending on the circumstances.
Because intuitive readings are personalized services performed at the time of the appointment, refunds are generally not available after a reading has been completed based upon dissatisfaction with the content, interpretation, or outcome of the reading. Any exception is solely at the discretion of Jeanne Mayell.
3c. Guided Meditations
Due to the nature of digital products, all guided meditation purchases are final. Once a guided meditation has been delivered or made available for download or streaming, no refunds will be issued.
3d. Classes
If you enroll in a class or educational program offered by Jeanne Mayell and decide to cancel before the first scheduled class, you are eligible for a full refund.
Once the first class has begun, refunds are generally not available unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of Jeanne Mayell.
If a class is conducted online, it may be recorded for educational purposes. By participating with your camera or microphone enabled, you consent to the recording of your voice and image. Recordings, when provided, are intended solely for registered participants.
4. Privacy and Data Collection
To provide these Services, we must collect and use your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using our Services, you agree to allow us to collect and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Part 2 – Your Rights and Responsibilities
5. Your Commitments

Unless otherwise noted, all content on JeanneMayell.com—including but not limited to teaching materials and booklets, articles, world predictions, personal readings, classes, guided meditations, videos, audio recordings, graphics, photographs, logos, downloadable materials, and other original content—is the intellectual property of Conchita Gene (Jeanne) Mayell or is used with permission and is protected by United States and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your membership or purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, copy, record, distribute, publish, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any portion of our content without prior written permission.
Brief quotations for purposes of commentary, criticism, review, or discussion are permitted, provided proper attribution is given to JeanneMayell.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeanneMayell.com, Jeanne Mayell, and our affiliates, contributors, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this website or any of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website or our Services is to discontinue using them.
