I've been thinking a lot about Bluebelle's prediction regarding the end of trump's presidency being precipitated but something happening with detained children, and how the republicans join the democrats in getting rid of him. Bluebelle, I hope I'm getting your prediction right. It seems that the situation involving the detained migrants and children is rapidly deteriorating, as trump escalates his lawlessness in other areas -- the obvious political July 4 parade and the possibility that he will flout the supreme court (!) and just order the citizenship question on the census forms. It all seems to be accelerating and I'm wondering if this is close to the prediction, or something worse, just a free fall into more authoritarianism.  I can't get a feel either way.  Thoughts?

Hi Lynn,  that prediction came during an RV on May 3rd.  During the RV, the words just came to me about children dying, that this event not only could have been prevented, but that somehow this would become a pivotal point in the downfall of this president.  I didn’t get dates.  I didn’t see images, thankfully.  I am convinced now that the deaths of these poor children in the Trump camps and the deaths of the children trying to find asylum in America are the deaths predicted.  Certainly, the images of the suffering men, women and children living in the inhumane conditions of the Trump camps are searing into our minds and hearts now.   I am so distraught by these images.  In the RV, I saw that these events would cause the Republicans to turn against the president, but that has not happened yet.  I felt during the RV, that I was looking back at this event and the downfall of the presidency and that the deaths of innocent children was a seminal event.   Also saw Barr and Mnuchin gone.  That hasn’t happened yet either.  So, I wish I had a chronological order with dates, but instead I got these impressions and events.

We are clearly in the midst of the darkness so many of us foresaw as early as the day after the election.  I find the latest affront to the Supreme Court’s ruling on the census to be horribly unsettling.  Yesterday  I did a channeling RV on the July 4th parade and saw the event backfiring on Trump.  When I get to my computer,  I will find the exact words.

The dark night of the soul... that’s what we are entering in this country and basically the whole planet. We’ve been in darkness for too long. Thousands  of years of killing each other, conquering each other, dominating nature, abusing the weak and poor, worshiping the body and forgetting our souls. Boy we’ve been bad?. But now the light is entering even the darkest corners of our planet. Exposing all the dirt. Child abuse, Pharma, corruption in politics all over the world, the economy and the 1% holding all the money and power of the world. The old energy knows that is losing the battle and it won’t go quietly. It will cause as much damage as possible before fading. So grab yourselves cause the ride will be wild. And Trump is definitely the one stirring the pot now, violently, making all evolved dormant warriors to awake and get ready for action. So in a sadly way, he is what the world needs now to rebel and to change. I’m getting ready... are you?

Thanks Bluebelle.  I'd felt that video of the children would be smuggled out of the camps and that those videos would have an effect. Turns out videos have been released but by the inspector general and politicians, and were not surreptitiously taken. Still, I think more videos are coming from unknown sources. Whatever we've seen, there is much worse. I believe there are dead babies being hidden. If this kid of stuff doesn't lead to some serious action, then honestly I don't know what will.

So far ignoring the supreme court is just a tweet. The census forms are being printed without the citizenship question, and there's a court hearing on this issue tomorrow. Trump hates being told what to do, and Justice Roberts basically called him out, so this is going to be interesting. Even if the question stays off the survey the administration can still mess with the census in other ways. However, for now, ignoring the sup ct is a new rubicon, if it happens.  If he ignores the ruling that's something no president has ever done. If he does it and gets away with I don't what would stop him from doing worse.

How can he throw a big ugly party while incarcerating children and tearing innocent families apart?  I watched the videos of the women in the camps and listened to AOC recount the bullying behavior of the guards and cannot get it out of my mind. I weep even as I write this.

Happy Independence Day! May this be the day that things start to turn around for the better!

I was starting to get a headache so I decided to meditate and see if I could stop it and got the following, among other things:

DC tonight - I sensed storms, soggy protestors, T with umbrella, wind, rain ponchos and celebrations cut short. T is furious.

If the weather is bad, maybe it will depress the number of visitors. I hope this means that things will stay peaceful. That headache that I felt coming on was one of those that I get when the emotions of the collective are high.

‘Whatever you are doing today, I hope that you are all able have some enjoyment with your friends and families.

I saw on the twitter feed the otherday that former first lady LauraBush issued an official statement calling the camps highly immoral.  I'm no Bush fan but I applaude the Mrs for speaking out.  But there again I don't know what kind of influence the Bushes have with the Rep party anymore.  I would like to see all the former first ladies band together and  at  least issue a strong statement. Maybe Melania can wear her I don't care coat again!

OK I have heard a lot of buzz around (ie take with a grain).  The deal with the VP being called back to DC.  I've heard two different theories.  One that moron wants to fire him and replace him with the plastic princess.  Too bad he doesn't have thepower to fire an elected official.  The secondwas more interesting.  The secondtheory was that the russia sub was on a mission to interferre with our power grid and something went wrong causing the accident.  The joint cheifs were at the WH and wanted moron to call putin and let him know we knew about this and it wouldn'tbe tolerated.  Moron blew the call and the chiefs were pissed.  I believe he wants to replace Pence because he's afraid he will call for the 25th amendment to be put in effect.  The joint chiefs don't seem to care for moron and all his posturing.  They don't want this stupid parade but have been "ordered" to attend moron.  There are veteran groups who are calling them cowards.  There a re a lot of vets who don't like moron.  One group is handing out "McCain" t-shirts at the parade to piss him off.  Good for them.  I have a feeling that this moronfeast of his is goingto back fire.  Either no one will come or his unofficial alt-right guards will start violence and ruin the whole thing.  MOron's grasp on reality is fast losing it's grip.  Someone in the press corp said he was yelling at someone the other day so loudly that the could hear it in the press room.

I hope eveyone has a nice quite 4th and lets all do something relaxing.  I plan to watch Wimbleton tennis then listen to the two new Springsteen albums I bought.

In closing I offer this prayer.  Dear GOd and all your beautiful little angels please release a biblical monsoon on DC this evening!

Jeanne, my eyes have literally been hurting the past few days -- like they're bruised.  Hurting and burning from what we all are witnessing on the border.  His July 4th celebration is obscene.   Weaponized patriotism.   The farce of July.  God is not blessing America; God is weeping for America.  And God is angry.  It's time to throw those money changers out of the temple.

The pain we all feel can be overwhelming.  I read a quote somewhere that says, "Remember that good people still inhabit this planet.  You're here, aren't you?"

It's important, now more than ever, to take care of ourselves, and each other.  We have work to do.

Yesterday while meditating, I saw  my Native American spirit guide.  His name is Singing Eagle.  He’s been speaking to me since I was a child.

Back in the 80’s and 90’s he was standing up and would call to me during readings to tell me to tell people to stop hurting the earth.

Now I only see him seated lotus style before a campfire in my backyard but in another dimension.   One time a beautiful psychic whose eyes were blind who was attending classes at my house saw him.  This was before I had told anyone about him.

Yesterday during my meditation he was seated in front of his campfire and chanting softly while rocking back and forth.  I could hear a distant drum beating.  The beat was accelerating.

I’ve known for years that late 2019 would be the darkest time, a time of descent where we see the darkness that has been there all along.  The internment camps are the strongest sign.

I agree with those who say the darkness was there before,  only the privileged didn’t see it.  When I was a child I noticed a book lying around the house by Michael Harrington called The Other America. It was the early sixties and I flipped through it and saw the poverty in our country that had always been hidden from me. When I first visited NYC by bus we drove through the broken south Bronx before arriving in the gleaming center of Manhattan. It stunned me.

Now the  dark will come into the light for all to see.

Bless those light workers with the courage to shine the light on this darkness.  AOC and her colleagues.  Those in the press who tell the truth.

I agree that we need to stay positive, as some have written here,  but not if we are averting our eyes from others’ suffering. I will not live in a bubble. I cannot.

We need to stay Awake.

I grew up in a large metropolitan city.  I didn't live in a peaceful household, but we were well taken care of.   I went to good schools.   I never had to worry about my next meal.  About my safety.

We didn't have a car and took public transportation everywhere.  As a small child I remember how stunned I was to see the depressed areas  in the African American sections of the city.  "Why do people have to live like that?" I always asked.  I felt my mother's discomfort, and never got an answer.  I remember traveling by train to see relatives in Oklahoma.  We never considered taking a plane, and I'm grateful that we didn't.  I remember witnessing in horror the extreme poverty as the train rolled through the countryside of the South.  It haunts me to this day.  When I was older, I took a metro bus to my high school, and still remember the burned out areas from the urban riots of the 60's.  Some of my relatives didn't understand and were full of opinions.  Although it all frightened me, on a gut level, I did understand.   I understood and felt their rage.  And then I would come home, flip on the TV and watch "Father Knows Best" or "Leave it to Beaver."  The sanitized version of life.  Deep down inside, I knew better.  And I always wanted to do something about it.

Maybe now, I will have that chance.

I used to live right near DC. Checked the weather forecast for tonight. There will definitely be evening thunderstorms, between 5 and 11pm. Even though the forecast says "50%" chance, I know from living there that at this time of year that it's quite likely. I remember attending local fireworks with an umbrella open, unable to really see the fireworks in the clouds, on more than one occasion.  So, yeah. Maybe those who are closer to that area can do a call to the rain and wind tonight?

Maybe in my meditation, the meltdown I saw was because of the Russian sub situation, I don't know, I couldn't make out actual words.

I also woke up with a headache, and even though I'm still recovering from surgery, the pain had completely gone by yesterday, so to have a return of it today I take as a sign to take it really easy today, which is what I will do. I'll keep bingeing Netflix (Stranger Things is back today!), avoid news sources, maybe throw a burger on the grill, watch spectacular fireworks from my own backyard, and call it a day.

Let's all pray for rain in DC, and that Cheetolini will not be able to announce anything horrific tonight.

#GoGoo (see my post on the Pence thread, lol)

Borowitz report: Trump’s Fourth of July Parade to Include Flyover by Russian Air Force

"WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Calling it “incredibly exciting news,” President Donald Trump revealed on Wednesday that his long-planned Fourth of July parade in Washington will include a flyover by Russian Su-24 fighter planes...."

Even knowing that Borowitz is a satirist, when his daily blog hit my email a couple of days ago, I thought it was true for about ten seconds. In a way, it is true.

CBS,NBC, ABC announce they are not covering the D.C. fourth. Mediamatters.com asked media not to cover it. I hope NPR doesn't cover it either.

I called Boston's local NPR station  - WBUR.  They assured me they were not going to cover any part of the event live.

Jeanne, I saw that Trump's rally will backfire. I was wondering how will it be his downfall? Good thing I am not watching it.

I just read an article on Facebook which stated that if this turns into a campaign rally, which we all know it will, any military personel will be violating the oath they take and the rules for military service (I know this has a name but my chemo brain is taking charge today and I can' think of it)  Do you think Mron cares?  Do you thinks anyone in his administration even knows this?  If the military heads know this and sit throught it they should be court marshalled.  If they are truly soldiers they will get up and walk out!

I'm glad the networks aren't televising this.  Chances are he will start one of his rants and go on tto yell incoherent BS and even Fauz news will have to cut him off!

From what I am seeing while surfing, there are reports out there on some far right and far left websites that are also linking this odd event to the Russian sub. Some are saying there was actually an exchange of fire between our ships and this sub after they refused to leave our waters off Alaska.  Trump supposedly called his dear friend Putin and Vlad denied they'd been up to anything.  DJT just took him at his word, of course.  Military/intelligence officials have just about had enough.

For the life of me I don't know why he hasn't been taken out by now. By that I don't mean violently; I am sure they have enough on him to leak to the news media.

I've heard that if he gives a political speech then his campaign will legally be on the hook for all the expense of the rally. Yeah sure, the Justice department is going to enforce that..

“Nationalism is our form of incest, is our idolatry, is our insanity. ‘Patriotism’ is its cult. It should hardly be necessary to say, that by ‘patriotism’ I mean that attitude which puts the own nation above humanity, above the principles of truth and justice; not the loving interest in one’s own nation, which is the concern with the nation’s spiritual as much as with its material welfare—never with its power over other nations. Just as love for one individual which excludes the love for others is not love, love for one’s country which is not part of one’s love for humanity is not love, but idolatrous worship.”

Polarberry - I'm here in SoCal. We felt nothing, the quake was up above Bakersfield, towards Vegas. Reports indicating no federal aid will be required, minor damage and no fatalities reported so far.
