Hi Laura F. After seeing your post, and reading up on the subject, I misinterpreted the law.
I had thought it was a crime to not only plan or call on people to commit the crime but even to even publicly imagine the murder of a pres., but upon closer look, it may not be so.

Just on the wikipedia reference: Anyone can write or add anything to Wikipedia, in effect it can become fake "non facts extremely easily.
An example: I read an ancient privately published manuscript on the Bon people of Tibet a very long time ago. Based on my reading I wrote on my private blog those thoughts, inferences, dreams combined on the use of textiles for art in Tibet before written language came to the Bon people.
Within a year my exact wording appeared on Wikipedia on my subject of the origin of prayer flags. Not by me, but onviously added in by the general community who work on topics for wikipedia.
Now, iI read my words there (without mentioning me or my personal blog as the source) in magazine articles as if they were researched facts because writers go to wikipedia.
Thats how easy things are spread. You can't copyright ideas (just things made from specific ideas) so its seems implausible to legislate them for example.
All of the wikis are community driven, written and continually addended. Social media and the Internet has quite easily altered not only history but our belief in reality.
What i personally believe may be happening here is what has happened to America in general. We are feeling so much worry and anxiety, that even small things can grow into becoming big things and big fears.
Cycles repeating as the drain swirls faster and faster.
Okay, good point, Michele. So here it is and my non legal, lay person's interpretation of this code is that it's legal therefore to describe a dream as long as you make it clear you are not calling for it to happen:

Separate from legal issues, I wonder if there might not also be ethical and moral issues with predicting a public figure's death in a public forum.
In the last two months have had several repeating and strong visions of someone close to Trump (not Trump) meeting an unfortunate end, but have held back from mentioning it, as it made me uncomfortable to use spirit to publicly predict the death of another human. (Natalie and Laura, please understand I'm not directing this at you; just mentioning it for discussion).
Thoughts on this?
I've moved the discussion of ethics of predicting someone's death to a new topic all of it's own. It's such an important issue for people who do predictions.

Maria, I know, right? This tangled mess of corruption is simultaneously transparent and chaotically murky. I just wish the end goal wasn't the creation of a wealthy class that owes nothing to its community and chaos that lends itself well to authoritarian control. Jeanne, thank you for your kind response. I apologize for participating in the obsessive return to discussion of political machinations. I also apologize for privately rather than publicly sharing my concern about the possible legal ramifications of sharing dream sequences about the death of a president.
Oh dear, Gracesinger. I know you are speaking to Jeanne, but you speak to and for us as a community we are all parts of. And you touched my heart with this and I can cry or I can respond. So, I want to respond to my reading of your heartfelt apology by saying this.
Whatever all this was that burst forth from so many, just accept that it must have needed to. Whether people get offensive, defensive, leave, join, argue, or want to delete things, we all wish we had delete or redo or overide buttons in all of our lives. All of us, every single day.
Here, that power is ours for only a few minutes, then we can't even correct misspelling, double negatives or wrong expression.
We can't be and share love and peace until every one who posts here, meaning endless newcomers coming in with endless alias, turmoils, angers, fears and anxieties expressed as needed to get out from their human beingness into a safe space set up as this was for community to have freedom of expression.
My eyes teared up at your apology thinking you created this whatever all of this has been from before Z. leaving and on.
Each of us can only speak from their heart. You did, and the whole political part is what we have focused on here and what we focus on grows.
We who did not understand asked for clarification and those who could understand shared. It all helps us. All of everything here helps all of us.
The letting out is hard work and creates more fears in those needing to release fears. But its how true healing works.
