@gbs I'm sending prayers and divine, healing light to Karan. May he experience calmness, peace and clarity in his thoughts. May he be protected from and turn away from impulsive thoughts and behaviors.  Praying for all who love him. ❤️

I'm requesting healing and emotional support.  I have not found my tribe and it feels like too much nonsense has come my way.

I need some healing for physical issues, particularly around the throat and lungs. Thanks friends.

@ghandigirl I find that Burdock tea helps.  Chamomile too.

I'm allergic to caffeine which is in many teas. It's too bad because I am really exhausted and used to tolerate it. I will look for caffeine free tea.  Decaffeinated tea and drinks still have some caffeine in them.

Have you thought about volunteering at your local political office for this election season to meet like minded political people? 

How about joining the Circle of Light?

Learn a new hobby at a rec center which often has affordable rates?

Become a docent at a museum? Volunteer at a dog shelter or food bank or somewhere else that is an interest of yours.

Are you related to me? Immediate family includes Hashimoto's, Sjogren’s, dermatomyositis, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn’s. Extended family adds rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis.
