@matildagirl My husband has had Afib and had two cardioversions which failed immediately. Spectacular failures, actually.  Then he had a heart ablation two years ago and that has taken care of his Afib.  So hang in there and see which treatment works for you.  I am sending you strength and inner peace as you navigate this treatment process.  May you be healed through treatment and go on to live fully and confidently.  Peace be with you.

Libra Sister, I am here for you! Ask Jeanne for my contacts should you need some Libra-y-type Cheering up! (whatever that might be!)

I wrote the poem years ago during a dark time of my own, may it bring you comfort. You could substitute LOVE for Trust, word-wise, if you wish, but then, they are entwined, aren't they?

I can see Jeanne’s Mojo Angel with you! I am sending one too, this one is for after the rest. This one will be with you when you go out into the red blur. You need a Protector and this is one of Archangel Michael’s Host, who has chosen to be with you for as long as you need protection. I am quite sure Mojo Angel will stay with you too, because that is what Angels do!  When you go out into the redness, your Protector will be with you. He’s got your back – or your “six” as they say in the movies!

I love how the etheric can allow anything, so even though you are walking or shopping or whatever, he (and I do see him as male, but whatever you see is what is important.) He is standing behind you and his Wings are wrapped around you, providing an incredibly powerful protection. And because he is with you at all times (as long, that is, as you say you want an angel having your back!) those red-tainted, brain-washed, sad, lost, ignorant, angry humans, who are in fact, FEAR-FILLED, frightened souls, will simply walk by you. If they do interact it will be OK, bland even. You see, they will sense the Angels you have with you and walk away Lighter than before, but they won’t know why and it doesn’t matter. Not only will you be protected, anyone near you will sense Goodness and Light, even though they may not realize it or know it came from passing by you. Those who are truly the darkones (and yes, I know they are there, not all are the ensorcelled, some are the purveyors of evil) and those darkones, if they see you at all, will have no wish to come closer. The Angel’s Wings will create a perimeter beyond around you, which will cause darkones to avoid you without even realizing it.

Anyone who does engage with you will receive a feather, which, though you may never know how or why, will help them find their way back to the Light.

You are Protected. You are Cherished. You are Strong. You are Steady. You are a Way-Giver, without ever having to speak a word. Most of all. You. Are. Loved.

On a literal rather than etheric reality, get some Bach Flower Rescue Remedy You can get any of the Bach Flower tinctures on line or in any health food store. Rescue Remedy is a special combination of five remedies for emergency situations. I’ve carried some in my purse for close to 40 years now. It works. I have stories!

As Jeanne said, we do love you beyond words, even tho Tesseract-the-Wordy 🤣 did find words.

Blessings & BIG HUGS!

@seabreeze @ana

Yes Greg was tested for mold and for Valley Fever. I double checked with him. Thank you so much!

@anya I don't believe he drinks much dairy at all, but I will pass on the information.

Everyone, he got so much better, almost literally overnight (!) once I posted the request. I have to be better about asking for help!

@anya thank you 🥹  sounds wonderful ... I do take curcumin and use foods as my medicine... severe allergic reactions to many of Big Pharma's nostrums put me me on a clean eating path for years now... I know such foods are healing and comforting. I made myself homemade hot and sour soup using mushrooms I foraged and organic bone broth I made and organic tofu non gmo along with some green tea for supper last night...I do feel a bit better... was able to sleep for 6 hours straight !!! That helps when I can get the rest I need. I will be having my coffee with my friends here shortly once the sun rises.

Reading this, I thought, this would be an appropriate motto for our forum. A lodestone, of sorts. Definitely Hall of Fame material. ❤️

I would do whatever works for you.  I too have histamine issues from long term pharma, so it becomes tricky. I will share what I find interesting and potentially helpful.  This is not a psychic thing for the most part but comes from long hours of research.

I find that Shiso or perilla helps with histamine issues and also is a viral inhibitor.  I would not use it long term but you can find it as a tea.

Green teas and all teas are incredibly helpful in very small amounts, but can liberate histamine.

Quail eggs in small amounts can decrease esophagitis and some histamine response, that that may be helpful to the other person who is coughing here.

Chamomile tea is also an easy to find viral inhibitor, but be careful if you are ragweed sensitive.  It's also useful to keep a cool head and be a bit less annoyed with political issues.

Star anise, which is found in Pho, and also was the basis for Tamiflu? (unsure) inhibits all sorts of flu viruses is a viral inhibitor, but pho as a slow cooked soup can release histamine, as can bone broths.

Saffron (which you can sometimes find at Trader Joe's, and perhaps a friend can mail some to you if you are isolated), is an antidepressant and calmant,  and nourishing to the heart spirit.  It has similar properties to turmeric, but turmeric is a bit hotter and can get one feeling a bit more riled up. Paella is tasty and could be modified so that histamine load is lower with less nightshades.

Common sage tends to clear mucous, and clear the mind, but has thujone, so if you are prone to seizures, go very easy on it or avoid.

I find organic tofu to be cooling but difficult to digest.  I try to find fresh or flash frozen cod boiled to reduce histamines.  Anything boiled tends to reduce histamines for me.  I pressure cook all bean products well and eat sparingly.

Hope this helps.

If anyone has anything to add, I am always learning. :)

@anya thanks for your info 😊 I have saffron that I order from Penzey's . Mine is not a histamine issue... I have autoimmune Hashimoto's and Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis that I treat with foods/herbs/spices because I had anaphylactic reaction to Celebrex and the Methotrexate and Plaquenil did not do well for me. I have IL 6 and IL 7 issues... think mycoplasma rather than histamine.

I was wondering if I might get some feedback on a health issue I have. I have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, discovered by my smart watch, the clever little thing. I think it may be genetic, as both brothers and a sister also have it. I have tried 2 different types of medication which haven’t worked, I think there are a couple more styles I could try.

@matildagirl I have afib and have been dealing with it for almost 2 decades.  I'm 81 now.  You haven't mentioned a cardiologist.  I have two of them: one for chemical/surgical issues and a regular one, but they are a team.  I could not have navigated any of this without them.  I cannot take blood thinners as they caused severe nose bleeds. (Not good if you are going out.). Statins also caused problems.  To deal with the issue of strokes, I have an implant called The Amulet. (I love the name.). It's rated slightly higher than The Watchman although both are effective. It was an easy procedure.  I am also on a prescription aspirin.  Like yours, my father's side of the family is riddled with heart issues.  ...every single person has something.

As @Bluebelle mentioned, I also have had an ablation (2 of them) and 3 cardioversions.  All of them worked for quite a while, but eventually wore off.  The length of time shortened this last year.  Because this cardioversion only lasted 7 months, my surgical cardiologist recommended a relatively new drug called Dofetilide.  I had to be hospitalized for 3 days so they could monitor how it affected me. (Got a lot of reading done.).  My heart rate began to come down before I left, and within another week or so, I was back in sinus rhythm.  It's been over a month now, and my heart rate is completely normal.  My cardiologist is very proud of himself.  This began in July and I'm steadily feeling better and back to exercising.

My first suggestion is to find a cardiologist you like.  I did ask for a change from one.  I liked him personally, but he was a pill pusher.  The ones I have now are terrific.  Both are only a text away when I have questions.

I believe that is what my brother had.  A-fib that occurred occasionally, and then would stop.

I will share his story.  There are good things and bad things.

He had it at least since he was a teenager.  One good thing that came from it was it kept him from being drafted to Vietnam. (He is considerably older then me so I don't really know much about his young years.)

He lived with it until he was about 60, but the episodes grew more frequent, so he had the procedure you described.  It stopped the irregular rhythm completely and he had a clean bill of health from the cardiologist even up to a few weeks before he passed at age 73.  He died in 2021 of a complete A-V heart block-- where the nerves that transmit signals between the atrium and ventricle malfunction and cause the heart to flutter uselessly instead of pump.  We asked the doctors if there was a connection between the AV block and the procedure he had had earlier.  They said "no, not possible", but I suspect that may have been a CYA answer.

Others have suggested it had something to do with COVID, since COVID that can cause irregular heartbeats.  My brother never had the disease, but he did have the vaccinations.   So, we do not know for sure what caused the AV block.  Or, maybe it was connected to his original A-fib that he had from childhood-- maybe his network of heart nerves was messed up since birth.

Had he managed to live after the AV block, the  doctors would have fitted him with a pacemaker.    Seems to me that might have been a good thing for them to do to begin with, but I'm not a physician.

Anyhow, the procedure to stop the A-fib worked great.   However, he had an early death from the AV block that theoretically could possibly have been caused by scarring incurred during the procedure.  Or not.

I think if it ever happens to me I might just get a pacemaker and be done with it.

Envisioning the doctors giving you the right treatment for you, and a long healthy life to follow.

@seeker4 @ana Thanl you. I do have a cardiologist who has started me on medication, am now trialing a beta blocker, which hasn’t helped so far. He is the one who suggested I research the pulmonary vein isolation procedure and a particular heart research institute who would do it before I see him again in a couple of weeks.

Hence my query, have to admit don’t like the idea of surgery because what it might cause further down the track especially if it doesn’t work. My sister had a stroke which may have been caused by medication to help prevent her breast cancer returning which has caused over time a blockage, heart failure hence the pacemaker and now epilepsy and the start of dementia symptoms. So don’t want a stroke either. I told you it was a dodgy gene pool.

I have had the odd issue but overall I seem to be the healthiest one in the family, I want to keep dodging those bullets if I can. I think possibly the best thing I did was not to smoke as everyone else did at some time in their lives.

Rats, decisions, decisions. Only started this medical journey at the beginning of the year but have had  something like it off an on since I was in my 20s now am mid 70s. The episodes last less than 24 hours but seem to be getting more frequent. It was easier to ignore when I didn’t know what it was.

Will keep thinking, thank you for the input.

Regards to all

Matildagirl

I want to request prayers for the safety of the children, families and aid workers who are receiving/administering the Polio vaccine to the children of Gaza.

Healing Spirit, please send your Angels to cover all of your children with Protection and Light. May this be the event that brings about a cessation of war and cements a ceasefire. 🙏🏼❤️

Still recovering from GERD. Have slipped back into some unhealthy patterns...most notably consuming dairy. And chocolate. I am now having other painful conditions flaring up and its been a rough 24 hours.

On the plus side my swallowing is much improved.  On the minus side I began coughing up acid today.

I am having to stop denying that I am still dealing with several coexisting conditions. I need the fortitude to stop dabbling in addictions.

It is a long four day holiday weekend and I have stepped up my self care. Honestly I am so very tired of ill health. I need my insides to match my outsides. I am very youthful looking and appear very trim and muscular, You would never think by looking at me that I wasn't in perfect radiant health.

I lose faith in myself. I need to be a better friend to myself. I am too exhausted to visit my mom.

My post got deleted but I just thought it was a site glitch so I guess I missed something.

Anyway, Journey, I wanted to let you know that the dog we found has been reunited with her family. Thank you for responding.

Have you considered the Nada protocol at your local TCM practitioner?  I did note that quail eggs help with Gerd in an earlier post.  Barley and cucumber also help with that sort of thing.

You know what your body is telling you.  Healing is key.  Identifying triggers, food and emotional ones like a mom visit are key also.

Glad you are taking care of you!

I am asking for healing for my son Matthew who is going through some stressful stuff mainly about scheduled home repairs that have gone crazy --black mold was found upstairs near the A/C I think, and insurance refuses to pay because they say it wasn't weather but the original build. His upstairs is still without A/C not good during a Tucson summer! Luckily his downstairs A/C is fine. Matthew is not the original owner. The repairs are underway and he is blessed and able to pay, but he is pushing back on the insurance decision.

Also, please send healing for his cat, Fingers, an all black with white stripes on his front paws (plus he nibbles fingers!!) Fingers' leg was injured, his ACL? Matthew said and will need surgery.

On top of all that (!) Intuit changed his job. Luckily he is highly regarded (been there 20 years) and he is working from home while it all gets handled. He is stressed to the max, to say the least.

After the nearly overnight healing this thread sent his father, I am asking for help right away! Well, as soon as he told me. (Yesterday.) The repairs have been going on since July but Fingers' injury has just happened..

I know it's a lot so thank you!!
