I knew Coyote only for a bit when I joined this forum, which was enough to recognize the depth of his gifts.
Just to say that on the nights and early mornings of July 21 and 22 I heard the coyotes for the first time in five years, in the big woods just down from where we live. Wonderful coyote chorals, their calling out into the night yipping and howling, and just before dawn calling all their brethren back into the woods from their night work. Love and gratitude to Coyotes wherever they are.

When they sing at night, their beautiful, resonant sound represents their deep connection to the mystical and often hidden aspects of life. And just before sunrise, their beautiful song calls everyone to unity, inviting all their brothers and sisters to join back together and feel whole again. Coyotes teach us that there's a kind of inner voice, a gentle whisper that reminds us to find our way back to one another. It's like a warm embrace at the start of a new day, helping us to feel safe and grounded, even if we've ventured into the deepest parts of our minds, where fear, pain, or worry might have taken hold.
I would like to request emotional support during a couple of doctors appointments this month and next. I need more REM sleep and feel burnt out so it has been a challenge. I don't think I have had a more challenging time without the energy reserves to focus on looking forward. The matcha teas are not cutting it. Thank you in advance.

Hi guys
i have been having an interesting month or so was having a shower and a little black and white sign popped up in my head, looked like it was on the tiles of the shower and I just thought I should check my breasts, something I don’t normally do(naughty I know). Bugger a lump. Managed to organise a dr appointment, then a mammogram and ultrasound. Then a biopsy. Saw a surgeon on the Tuesday and she operated on the following Monday. I was lucky it was stage 3 but not in the lymph glands. I had a lumpectomy. Depending on the result of a further test which will determine what further treatment for me to start and will find out next Thursday if it is chemo, radiation and then 5 years of hormone therapy or I miss out on chemo and just the other 2. The operation went well and is healing fine, methinks that was the easy bit.
So good vibes would be appreciated.
