My vocal cords are fully open now, but extremely dry, inflamed, and swollen from acid backwash.

Trying a few new things and anticipating a full recovery.

Thanks for the support. I'm hoping that 2026 is the year I finally put these health issues behind me.

My BFF for the past 30 years has moved in with me. She has had several strokes and also has Alzheimers (about stage 5 now)  and comorbidities of AFIB and GI and Renal issues. Asking for prayers for as I am 24/7 caregiver, chef and dietician, housemaid, laundress, house maintenance and yard are as well as caring for her dog and 3 cats. (I have a dog and 4 cats of my own ).  It's a lot... and I have been handling it all and doing ok. I do need her family to understand the ramifications of all of this. I change nothing for all of this care. As things progress I am going to need help with this in order to be able to give her the cafe she needs... or they will need to hire a caregiver to come in and care for her. At 71 I am pretty healthy... but once it progresses I will need help to help her. Please pray for us and send all healing energy and help to assist to navigate this new reality to the Highest Good for All Concerned. Thank you! Agape '

Your generosity is amazing but I would encourage you to take care of yourself. Some insurances, including medicaid, will pay something to home caregivers.

@raincloud  She has Aetna and Medicare and doesn't qualify for Medicaid. I am not her medical power of attorney and am not privy to her complete diagnosis and care... but with over 33 years in vet med and in caring in the past for my father and other kin... I am well aware of her status. My hands are a bit tied but my love for her and  our long considering each other family ... I am happy to be able to help her as they sell her house and make decisions about her future that neither she nor I are able to have input on. Just pray for our Highest Good as we muddle through this together is all I can ask. I am not charging her for any of this and I pay for the utilities ... I only have her help with the groceries and to buy pet food for her animals and any of her healthcare needs such as sanitary items etc.

My friend April has taken a turn for the worse.  She was doing better, but now she's in ICU and things are not looking good for her.

I admire April.  She's a private person who keeps her boundaries very clear, yet within those boundaries she is generous and kind, very frank but not mean. She has encouraged me many times.

Please, please, whatever prayers, energy, or Angels anyone can send would be most appreciated by April and the community of musicians and others who love her.

For help in aiming the energy:  April Z., who plays trumpet, in North Florida.

My Mother had a mild heart attack last Tuesday. She's 85, and up until that day, she hadn't had any coronary or vascular issues that she knew of. At first she thought it was something she ate, as the symptoms suggested severe indigestion and she had just finished her breakfast, so she asked me to drive her to urgent care. On the way, she said that her arms were hurting, so I immediately hit the highway toward the hospital. We arrived in less than 20 minutes, and the universe was definitely on duty that day because the cath lab had opened up just before we got there and her cardiologist just happened to be there having just finished a procedure. The staff did an immediate EKG, and she was in the cath lab having a stent put in within 15 minutes of arrival. From the time we arrived until the time she was wheeled into her room in the ICU was less than an hour.

She was in ICU for two days and then moved to a regular room until Sunday. Her cardiologist said that one of the three arteries was 100% blocked, the second was mostly clear, and the third was 80-85% blocked. He said if it had been even ten more minutes, her heart would have been irreparably damaged.

She's home now, but she has to go back in on Thursday for a stent in the second blocked artery, so she's obviously not out of the woods yet. I'm a bit stressed, of course, but although there is still moderately high risk with the second procedure due to her age, I'm mostly calm about the situation, and I feel comfortable saying that she will likely be okay.

Still, I would appreciate any healing energies any of you can send her way as this has been quite a shock to her mentally and emotionally as well as physically. She has always been very independent and is the kind of person to just "power through" anything that comes her way, but she will now have to seriously go through a complete mental reset about how she handles things, as well as slowing down and taking better care of herself.

@tgraf66  Wow!  The Force was definitely with you and your mom! She sounds like a strong, vibrant woman. I'm sending prayers and energy for healing, calm acceptance of what is happening, and strength for your mom as this process unfolds. May you feel the angels holding you up as you navigate this health crisis with her. She is fortunate to have you! ❤️
