I have been struggling for a few days, I fell really ill yesterday with severe lower back pain and groin pain with nausea and the occasional throwing up. I went to the doctor today and they said I had some form of uti. My white blood cells are high and blood. The test for the most common form of bacteria (e coli) was negative. I asked him if it’s possible I have a kidney infection. He told me he doesn’t want to tell me know but he sent my urine out. I’m hoping it only says good things! I am taking antibiotics and nausea meds with a fever that comes and goes. Keep me in your healing light and prayers ❤️

prayers for your Healing and comfort going up. It's hard to wait for answers but sending out a culture is vital to knowing what bacteria is present and what antibiotic works best on it. Mean time.. give yourself extra TLC and drink plenty of water.

Kids have a level of resilience that adults don't always have. Perhaps peptoc can give you their take on how to recover from stress. The kids from a small elementary school created the advice to help you feel better. You will press different buttons, one button is for when you are feeling mad or nervous. Another button lets you listen to a bunch of kindergartners laughing their heads off.
Some of the advice, which is spoken by distinctly young-sounding voices:
“If you’re nervous, go get your wallet and spend it on ice cream and shoes,” says one child.
“If you’re frustrated, you can always go to your bedroom, punch your pillow or cry on it. And just go scream outside,” another child says matter-of-factly.

I am expected to be discharged from rehab on the 25th. I had a choking and Aspiration event on Monday, so hopefully that doesn’t mess anything up. They have me on antibiotics to prevent pneumonia
