The 25th will come sooner than you think.
May you have an easy next few 2 weeks until you get can get home again and be in familiar surroundings with your family.

I don’t know whether I’m being discharged on the 25th or later because of the pneumonia. But my hospital stay is already dragging and I will probably need months of outpatient therapy.

You are very kind to take the energy to post an update. You are so loved, respected, and valued here. I think of you each time I log on, and I am sure that I am not alone in that practice. Take good care, brother. Post when you can.
We all hope your pneumonia clears as quickly as possible so you can get back on the road to health. Once outpatient therapy starts the progress may seem slow but you will keep making forward movement.
