I’m in too! I already started during my meditation today and will make sure to send more light before I go to sleep.

I'm not watching the debates either, for the same reason you stated.  I can't look at him or hear his voice.  I will meditate and pray, then watch the recap afterwards.

BTW, I was so glad when I saw your post about a week ago.  I'd been thinking about you and wondering how you're doing.  I hope all is well.
