@anya I would not call myself an experienced seer by any means but I have been a child mental health therapist for decades (retired now). And  what seems to help me get my mind off the hard stuff is just putting my attention on doing the next thing.

The climate change is very hard and affects every living thing.

I try to focus on "what small positive thing is next for me to do." Simple stuff like dry our clothes on a clothesline or indoor racks, write reflective and positive nature poems and put them in booklets and send them to friends, persuade (with letters) our local government to plant trees in the median on our street, grow tomatoes and beans on our deck, write thank you notes to our city government when they do something supportive for people and the planet, donate to our food bank, whatever I can think of. I'm 73 and don't have the energy I used to for things like going to meetings - so these small things work for me.

Sending light and love to you.
