I saw CSN perform twice on their own, as well as at 2 No Nukes concerts and the Peace Sunday at the Rose Bowl in the early '80s. I basically grew up on his music and the first five years of my life we lived so close to each other that if  I had actually known him, I could have walked to his house for dinner. Â
It would be difficult to pick a favorite song, but if I had to, it would be Teach Your Children. Â
The Byrds were awesome too.

CSN is my favorite band. Saw them many times and as solo artists. Also performed many of their songs with friends and bands. Very grateful for the music.Â
Dan Fogelberg is my favorite solo artist. Saw him a few times.Â
We were talking tonight about all these icons passing. As we age we will say goodbye to so many bright lights. How lucky to have walked this earth with them.
