Question. I had been burning candles for months, asking for help for my daughter. I stopped for a while, but the past week, I started again. So, one candle, and suddenly a very loud sound of cracking glass sounded. My candle was OK, so what was the sound, and did it mean anything?

Thank you to all those who sent healing energy to me.  It was greatly appreciated and the intentions expressed were perfect.  Today's test was a Cardiac MRI, which required me to repeatedly take deep breaths and then hold the air out of the lungs for several seconds while lying completely still in a small enclosed space for two hours.  The concern was that doing that might be too difficult with a pulmonary embolism.  I made it through.  Now I have to wait about 10 days to get the results.  Thanks again.

@lowtide

Thank you for your lovely prayer. Mom was moved to a skilled nursing care program yesterday. My sis hired a home health aide over the few days transition.

@ghandigirl A difficult decision, indeed. God bless you all through this transition. May your mom settle in well. 🙂

We have a longtime and formerly very active member of our forum community who could use some hurricane related prayers.

She lives in an area of N.Caroline that was expected to get a 1,000 year flood from Helene.  As of late last night, she messaged that she had been sent an emergency  alert to evacuate but she was unable to do so at that time due to the flooding surrounding her area. She lives on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with her mid-20 year old daughter. Up that high,  she should be safe from the flood waters getting into their residence.

That was her last message. Currently her city has no cell service, no power and limited water. Those with water are under a boil water advisory.   Of course she is not able to boil any with no power and with no access to communication, she might not even know of the water alert.

It appears it will be many days until she is able to have any power or cell service according to the city website I visited.  No idea if their cars survived (she felt it would be doubtful last night).

I believe she is safe right now.  But I am sure she is anxious and feeling isolated. So I am asking for prayers for them both.  That they stay safe, have  their immediate needs met and feel loved and supported by everyone here, by angels,  by God/Spirit and their ancestors.

Thought you would all like to know that our dear Coyote (of blessed memory) paid her a visit  early yesterday afternoon with a beautiful message. At the time, her daughter was at work and couldn't get home because of the flood waters.  She was anxious of course. It appeared she would not be able to get home before the worst of Helene hit.  Coyote came to her and gave her a reassuring message  that indeed her daughter would make it safely home. Not long afterward, her daughter texted that a window of opportunity opened and the waters had receded just enough that she could attempt to drive home.  She made it back before the entire area flooded again. The way it happened was exactly how Coyote shown.

Coyote is still here and helping in surprising ways. He is with us. I don't have the words to accurately describe how this makes me feel, but I bet he does.  He was never at a loss for words was he?.

I think it’s a good sign and a sense of powerful energy from your prayer.

Thank G d they are all right! The photos are unreal. I lived in Florida for eight years. Strange to see familiar places underwater. Prayers for all affected states.

Coyote a special soul. I miss him and think of him often. It felt comforting to hear of his visitation.

Our long time community member in West N.C. has still had no contact since late Thursday evening when she received an alert to evacuate but was unable to do so, due to flooding which had begun in her area.

On a realtime flood map, I found all streets surrounding her neighborhood are still impassable. Likely power, cell service and water is still out.  She lives on the 3rd floor so I still feel good about that.  But, it is likely her car has been flooded, she felt she wouldn't have her care when things cleared since there was no high ground to park it.

She, her daughter and all those is West N.C and East Tennessee can truly use prayers.  These are mountain roads which have been gutted. Small towns like Chimney Rock no longer exist.  Cities like Asheville are barely accessible.  It is their Katrina but there is barely any news coverage and people can't communicate since infrastructure is down. For most areas, it is helicopter or plane in/out and plane can only get you so far if roads are down.

She likely feels something akin to facing armageddon and doesn't know how far out the catastrophe extends.

Please continue your prayers for her and her daughter and all the people who are in immediate need of help.  There are so many....
