I lack adequate language to express my reaction to your post. I have wondered about your medical situation since your last post on it wishing that I had a magic wand to fix it all. Thank you for letting us know what you are facing so we can send you supportive energy. I want to share both an update and an experience I had the other day.
The other night, a woman came and sat next to me when I was in my hospital bed half awake. They spiritually hugged me, and told me via telepathy they would swap bodies with me if they could and take this all away. I don't know who they were, but I think they were a spirit/angel or someone maybe sending out a prayer to me from here? Either way, it was a very deeply soul touching experience.
On the health side, I've now had a chest ct venogram which reveals subclavian vein stenosis on the right and left brachiocephalic vein stenosis. But the report said both veins should be still be patent for central venous lines.
Given the problems I have had with line insertions failing recently, and the constant trauma to me, I have decided to talk to my doctors about other types of treatment such as prokinetics I have not tried before to help my gut motility and elemental feeds (which are essentially pre-digested nutrition) that I have not tried before.
Whether my ideas will work, remains to be seen. But while I'm here in hospital, I felt it was a good opportunity to try some new things. Both my doctors and nutrition nurses support these ideas.
Having a new central line is not off the table, but after all my venous problems, I'm willing to explore alternatives in case they get further stenosed.
The other issue I have is that even after my old lines were removed, I'm still having pressure symptoms in my upper chest. I hoped this would have gone away, but it still persists, and I've been told the stenosis shown in the ct venogram would not explain the symptoms I'm experiencing. It's possible the veins need a rest and to recover and the symptoms will subside, but my nutrition nurse said she wanted a radiologist to run contrast directly through the vein to see what was happening from a new line insertion
So right now, I'm trying to figure out if I have made the wrong decision in not going straight for a new line and running contrast through it to see what else might be happening. But given all the history and trauma of my lines and veins, I felt it was best to try some other things first.
Am I making the wrong decision? It's so hard to know these things when you are so close to them emotionally.

If anyone has a moment, could you send out healing energy to southern california as a whole? The stress of what is coming coupled with the disaster and displacement is challenging us all and we are feeling burnt out and overworked, pun intended. There were serious problems here before it all and we need calm and strength.

@luminous i don't have answers for you. I do wish you the best luck and quick healing. I hope someone else on here can assist you more right now. I hope all with any chronic health issues get a full karmic write off for any health and mental health stuff during these times.

@anya We are thinking of Southern California all the time, 24/7. We did some focused healing work in Circle of Light Wednesday night with some powerful healers attending. We continue to send love and peace to all Angelinos. May the traumas they are suffering be turned into new meaning for their lives.
LA is a great place of light on this earth. It will rise again and be a treasure on this earth and for the world.

You mentioned your favorite quote which was from Superman, spoken by Marlin Brando and altered it with Coyote's name. I would like to share that same quote for you, altered once again for it is quite fitting:

You were sent to this word to also be a light, just in your own beautiful way.
I believe Coyote has been with you, as you were there for him, just in a different way. I believe he understands all that you have been through these many years, better than any of us can. He is not the only one who has been with you either. So many beings of light are around you and love you.We are also with you.

Thanks for you for sending me lots of healing.
You have given me strength and courage to consider some fresh ideas about my situation.
Currently, the prokinetic drug is not working, and is unlikely to work in the timeframe I need to replace my IV nutrition with oral nutrition.
Meanwhile, more pressing matters are my continued lack of adequate nutrition and venous stenosis symptoms.
I've decided to seek a further opinion on my venous stenosis and venous access with a private consultation with a vascular specialist. They work at the same hospital I'm at but you can pay to see them as a private consultation. I need to talk to a vascular specialist, and so far it has constantly been nutrition nurses talking to them on my behalf. I need to speak to them face-to-face, and this might be the quickest way for me to do that.
There is more than meets the eye I feel with what my venogram shows because the symptoms are still happening despite the line having been removed. I may need something like a venoplasty, but it needs to be discussed properly and not all decided at the last minute after they go in and can't insert another central line.
