@journeywithme , @jeanne-mayell , @ghandigirl & others who have asked for help, I too was sending light & love. Just been a busy week (another ER visit with dad, but this time he was returned to rehab instead of admitted).
@lovendures , I thought of you as I finished my morning walk with Lucy (still can't get a leash near Ricki). I felt a scattered energy. Relax. BREATHE. Everything will go well today. Things may not be as initially planned, but the wedding will be a success. I didn't feel you relaxing till the reception, or near the end of the ceremony. It's ok to let go this morning & enjoy the last minute things like getting hair & make up done. The hard work is over. Enjoy the present.
Oh thank you so much everyone... I finally was able to sleep all night long and not awaken in pain every two hours.... a good nights sleep does a body a world of good!!! The first all nights sleep in two weeks! Still a bit tender and have the usual morning sausage digits.. but the left hip,knee,ankle,toes feel much better.. I will continue to absorb gratefully receiving the Love and Healing Energy being sent to me until this flare up goes in to complete remission.
My coffee tastes especially good and the cooler morning air a benediction as the sun kisses me Good Morning! Out here on the garden bench.

@lovendures Yes, I was just thinking of you about the big day today! I second @cindy BREATHE and enjoy as much as you can of the final prep. I sense *so much love* flowing on this day (amid the chaos!) so enjoy what you can and then be ready to relax and enjoy the party later! Thinking of you all and wishing many blessings to your daughter on her wedding day!

Dear @Lovendures I feel such happy chaotic joyous Energy swirling all around. I see the moments, the little crises that are inherent in such momentous gatherings of families and that are handled and the tears and the laughter and the just ultimate Joy and Love and Celebration!
Thinking back to your wedding day and the birth of your daughters and the cycle of life that they are now grown and marrying and starting their own families even as your circle grows with sons in laws and family.
For all that is going on in this world today... a step aside in to this reality....and celebrate every single moment fraught with emotions and memories and the tapestry of Life being woven here. A visible statement of Love,Life,Hope,Faith and Belief. Drink deep of this magical elixir of this day.

Could you please send healing energy to my dog Hallie? She's had a long running infection in her back legs that won't heal. The vets have tested and it shows bacteria and fungus. Poor puppy! I will send what energy I can.
The idea came to my mind that she could benefit from some naturopathic remedies-- such as Chinese medicine, ayurveda, herbal remedies etc. If there is a holistic vet, or veterinary acupuncturist in your area it could be worth giving that a try.
@mb Sending all Prayers Light Love and Healing for your sweet Hallie. Have they done a culture and sensitivity labs to see what treatment infection responds to? It is well worth the money to run one.

Update: Had another really rough , painful night and went to Urgent Care today... Diagnosis; Sciatica, Left Side Tx: corticosteroids and muscle relaxers in addition to the PsA flare. Possible Herniated Disc. So .. this gal gotta be good and slow down and recognize the limitations of aging.
may have to rehome my goats and see about a yard service. *sigh*
I know you love your goats. I hope you can keep them.
