Hello all, I am one of those lurkers who visits occasionally, but was particularly concerned about the moose dream. So I also did a guided imagery related to the moose-in-the-door and an alternative, just what might come. Surprisingly, the first image was larger, shadowy moose that arrived on the lawn of the house (night and hard to see) and beyond it, uncounted others. It seems to be the Uber moose. There is a kind of challenge, counter challenge but it wins and turns away and the other moose follows. But the Uber moose, for an unknown reason, sends back a cat with shiny eyes. To protect ? Observe ? I don’t know.
I’ve had a bad feeling about the Ukraine aide and Mitch McConnell just admitted in a closed door meeting that the aide coupled with border security is dead because his members don’t want Donald to go after them. (See Punchbowl news reporting). I’m so mad I could spit nails
What I find so interesting is that many of us see and feel some of the same things at the same time. I've been dealing with a lot. My youngest is overwhelmed and has returned home to collect themselves, and get some help from their former therapist. So, I have been reading, but not joining in much. I can't say I felt the collective dread or apprehension, as I was dealing with my own personal things that can cause such feelings. I can say I was waking up during the night, which isn't common unless I'm under lots of stress.
@lawrence and I both have had feelings of Mango being a disruption to the election this year. Like he's the forerunner of his party, and then poof-he's not, leaving the party in disarray. @tesseract has her earworms that are telling us to respond to others with love to overcome discrepancies. What a post to wake to after that night's dream for me. I was being overpowered by a very large woman who had ill intent. As she sat on me to constrict me, I closed my eyes, and out of the corner of my mouth, I kept saying things such as "God bless you. May God be with you," etc. She was disarmed by being blessed as she tried to harm me that she stopped. It was a short dream, not terribly scary, but I got the message quickly. Then to find others here had the same messages coming through.
I also know that a few weeks ago I asked in another tread if any of our astrology buffs had any info on the current alignments in comparison to our original history. I've felt and have noted here that for months I've felt the connection to my revolutionary relatives, and poof-someone in the last few days notes that the alignments are similar to when this country was founded.
There is lots of negativity coming. People have been hoodwinked, and they will not react well to believing that is the case. Some will deny, others will become aggressive, while yet others will retreat and become somewhat isolated in disbelief. We are here to help with this transition-along with other light workers, and all those fighting the political battles to save democracy. What we need to remember is that those we disagree with also believe they are fighting to save democracy. They do so because their party lied to them for so long. Many will see the light as the corruption is further exposed. It will be a bumpy ride for us all.
I recommend a recent book by Neil Howe, "The Fourth Turning is Here". It is a follow up to a previous book "The Four Turnings" which many of you will be familiar with.
This is a quick recap, "Twenty-five years ago, Neil Howe and the late William Strauss dazzled the world with a provocative new theory of American history. Looking back at the last 500 years, they’d uncovered a distinct pattern: modern history moves in cycles, each one lasting roughly eighty to one hundred years, the length of a long human life, with each cycle composed of four eras—or “turnings”—that always arrive in the same order and each last about twenty years. The last of these eras—the fourth turning—was always the most perilous, a period of civic upheaval and national mobilization as traumatic and transformative as the New Deal and World War II, the Civil War, or the American Revolution."
Howe posits that we are in the end stages of the fourth turning of our era. It is a time of crisis, but will be followed by the "Awakening", a time of renewal, new ways of doing and thinking and being. He says we are exactly where we are meant to be for our times.

@cindy I think of this often. My bffs sisters are MAGA. They bought it hook-line-and-sinker. One of them told me over the summer, "I really believe that all of this is going to work out for the best. Truth will win over all else!" And I looked at my BFF and mouthed, WTAF!?!?!?!?!?! It has haunted me since! How can we both be so convinced that we're right!?!?!? I find that terrifying on so many levels! First, Trump is not truth! What is going to happen to these people?!?!?!?!?! They won't get sympathy from me. Sorry I'm not that good a person. IM SICK OVER MAGA! I have no forgiveness, not now. IDK if I ever will. Are these people just lost to society though? It may not be me but someone has to care, right. I'm worried about how it will play out.
@impassionate I think there will be skirmishes during the resolution of all this. We didn't see January 6 coming. There were rumblings online, and in social media circles that were picked up by law enforcement, but the general public thought this was just going to be another of TFG's rallies. Look at the trouble he's trying to whip up at the TX border. Abbott is out of line. Big time. The law states that states can use local force to stop an invasion, that's true. However, that stipulation is only good until the feds arrive. The feds have arrived and told locals to stand down. This isn't an issue of state's rights, as they claim.
Look at the south during the civil war. The inhabitants believed it was their rights to make money off slave labor. They truly saw no wrong in owning other humans. This is the same kind of situation we are in now. Once the war was won, the south taught successive generations that northerners were oppressors, etc. That didn't change the course of our history. The south remained racist much longer than the north. But it has gotten better over time. History was documented, noting people like Harriett Tubman as heroes, even tho she was breaking the law at the time. She was taking the moral high ground, as were so many others. Do we remember the names of the slave hunters?
Law will prevail. Those who participated in Jan 6 are still being sought and prosecuted. This has been a first step in reminding people that what they did was illegal. The right and their news organizations spin it that these are people are martyrs, hostages, but that's only getting through to some hard core believers. It's fine to repeat the trope, but in their hearts they don't really believe it. They can see the footage, they can see the numbers going to jail for crimes, they just don't want to feel excluded, which is a far cry from the few willing to take up arms or break the law.
An addict knows they have a problem deep down, but they go into a state of denial. It is only when they are willing to acknowledge it to themselves and others that they finally get into recovery. For many of these folks on the wrong side of history, they'll be kept in check because they know acting like the Jan 6 individuals will ruin their lives. So what they believe will be different from how they behave. There are currently 91 charges against their leader. If he's healthy enough to get through the trials, he'll be found guilty on at least some of the charges. People around him are going to jail. He was put in his place several times just yesterday at the second E. Jean Carroll trial. The judge reminded everyone-him, his lawyers, the jury, and the public, that he was found liable for sexual assault already, and he no longer has any rights to claim otherwise. Doing so is slanderous. The people still fueling the fires are those who have something to lose-their TV or internet shows, their positions of power, etc., so they'll fight to keep what they're greedy about. But they'll fail. They've hitched their wagons to the wrong people. The average Joe may not give up their beliefs entirely, but they will choose to live without the chaos-eventually.

I have recently been watching the series For All Mankind (I highly recommend it) but I am not so sure this is related to that Apple fictional space series.
I am keeping my eyes open for news about outer space, space flight or lost/missing military personnel. Also, perhaps this is a countdown for some event since the song countdowns a space launch.
@lovendures Bowie was so very wise and intuitive. Like many others, I miss knowing that he is alive and well. Much of his work feels current whenever I listen, and other songs beautifully recall a past era. So, I endorse your respectful attention to the lyrics of "Space Oddity." A message there is likely, I think.
Thanks Billy-Mike. I love your words. I really enjoyed his music too. I am imagining him looking down on our world from where he is, like Major Tom, just not in a tin can.
@lovendures and @tesseract have got me listening to the music that plays in my ears all day. Yesterday, in spite of having a hard day and worrying about what the House republicans might do after the election, I kept hearing the song from Broadway Musical Hair, "It is the dawning of the AGE OF AQUARIUS, the age of Aquarius! Aquarius! Aquarius!
Then today all day, in spite of these same worries, that seemed to fade and fade, especially after we did the most powerful Circle of Light focus on the U.S. democracy, I kept hearing the Enya song, Only Time. Who can say where the road goes? Where the day flows? Only time. Who knows? Only time Who knows? Only time. What does this mean to me? It's a message to be patient and let time do it's magic.

I just posted in the random predictions thread, about the David Bowie earworm I had the other day as being a hit . It turns out there was a mishap, where a part on the underbelly of the mothership of a virgin galactic launch on a recent launch. A part of the spaceship fell off The underbelly of the ship and was discovered missing after a post launch inspection. The FAA has groundeD Virgin galactic until an investigation can be completed .
Our friend died unexpectedly right after Easter. He was in bad shape and shockingly slipped away from complications of alcoholism. I knew we had to visit him on Easter. I felt the urgency.
Here's the thing, Jeff did not show up or contact me after a few initial things that I felt or were foretold to me. But he showed up in a big way this week.
A lighter that had been on the kitchen counter was now on the floor by the fridge. His funeral card had flipped from the Serenity Prayer to the photo of him on the other side. He came all that way to help me with my resolve with this recovery.
I have an addictive personality in many ways. I have been discouraged with my efforts. In Judaism we say we have fallen short. We have missed the mark.
How kind of Jeff and others who help me. How kind of all of you to read these words.
It's a New Year and I'm trying again. For real. Wish me luck.
