Plenty of good stuff is starting to happen. A new COVID vaccine has been approved and rates of infection are dropping. The economic relief bill is making its way through Congress. Good people are being confirmed for high government positions. The US is rejoining the world at large to help solve climate change and other problems.
Let us use our energy to lift up, support, and encourage the good things!

I do not see them returning to their previous strength. They can make noise, anyone can make noise. But the country has been innoculated with their toxin. It's like a vaccine. The collective has antibodies now against thuglicans.
Jeanne, I am like you I can’t and won’t say his name, in fact, I can’t get past calling him IQ45 or A**hole. But I only say the A name when I am talking to my husband who has worse names for him. Even though I may read something about him, I cannot stand the sound of his voice or to see his face, so he is immediately turned off if he happens to come on tv. He gives me the heebee jeebees.
Namaste Everyone ? I’m back, too, after some time away, kicking that chronic asthma to the curb. The pulmonologist says my lungs are great! This recent affirmation really helped me maintain optimism about my health. My husband and I also have our Moderna vaccines lined up for March/April. Paul’s primary Dr. set us up bc of Paul’s active cancer and bc I’m his caregiver. Such a relief that i hope all of you can experience ASAP. ??
I've missed the circle of light meditations but have been meditating solo as I’ve nursed my prolonged asthma period. It’s helped me to move beyond the fear-based thinking of some people in my life that I believe goes hand in hand with my recovery.
And, the words of wisdom and insight shared on the forum help to ease trepidation and confusion. This year of growth, shedding fear, embracing divine strength, building self-healing and striving to remain centered amid the tornados of life has been evolutionary for me. And for others as well, I imagine.
As we head into Spring, and despite the frigid Canadian winds descending now on the Outer Cape, the sound of mourning doves when I woke up today was delightful. As a matter of fact, robins are still here! Who knew they spent winter in these parts?! So much knowledge and experience to ponder in this tumultuous life... warts and all.

This year I have really noticed our birds too. Just yesterday I encounter around 20 quail roaming around my neighborhood. Quail are pretty fun to watch and listen too. Saw a roadrunner last week on thee path I walked along. That was fun!

@jeanne-mayell I have very carefully curated my speech and writing for the last four years. I have never once referred to him in writing - here or anywhere else - by his name or by the title of President. When I have been forced to refer to him in my daily speech, I have only ever said his last name and never preceded it with the title. I have avoided hearing his voice or seeing his face as much as possible. I suspect that he will be gone one way or another within two years at most.
I have more cogitations ? on the whole Light vs Dark/Fear posts (great discussion!) but my computer keeps zapping out because of high winds here in Tucson AND today at least, Jeanne's meditation is only an hour away—so tomorrow with the winds supposedly going away, I will try ...not only to keep the pc up and running... but will also try and contain my words to micro instead of macro length! ?
