The detaining of immigrant residents, denials of ongoing renewals of work visas, basically the targeted removal of people who have been living here is continuing-- the last rally, Trump referred to average law abiding international residents as "poisonous snakes."
My inner guide voice... how else can I describe my infrequent advisor who speaks in my brain... (maybe VALIS?) has told me that currently ICE is targeting "the low hanging fruit" - people the immigration service and justice dept. has history and documentation on. That would include anyone who has registered as a Dreamer, or been caught in an workplace sweep, or even been ticketed for jaywalking. As Visas start expiring and people apply for renewals, there will be delays and then violations given. The government agency is not staffed enough to process all the renewals and applications by design. It is easier to deny or issue violation for any application that has not been processed within the time limits... again by design. They are not investing in administrative improvement and support, instead, the money in this budget is mostly going to enforcement.
Articles have been pinging my radar on this. At the same time detainment facilities are being contracted with private companies to hold thousands more people than one would think would be needed.

I am feeling/knowing/being shown that once they have removed all their "low hanging fruit" there will be an overnight surprise of mass raids.. the word I keep getting is a "culling." Local law enforcement will be ordered to stand down and not be able to help their citizens. Part of the reason it has not happened yet is because they do not have enough employees/agents -- of which they are hiring and training. Many are coming from those alt-right groups and militias, bastions of Trump's base. Entire districts of cities will be affected and they will target immigrant activists as a matter of course. Entire sectors of the economy will be affected as well. ICE will be more visible and larger workgroups assigned to cities, particularly sanctuary cities. This will stimulate a more focused, intense, secretive resistance group to develop. The feeling afterward I get is a populace dazed, while there will be protests, political plants will continue to pepper comment sections with messages of law and order, they are illegal, etc. to try to drown out the voices of democracy and equality. This is a dark time coming.
My hope is that some grand juries start indicting which may perhaps delay or prevent this? I feel like people need to prepare, maybe even get people to safety because only a small number will actually be legally repatriated to their home countries, it will be very difficult to get the information where the people are transported and what is happening to them. I fear the possibilities, but one I can foresee is work contracts under pressure ... Is there any way to determine if new labor companies are being formed?
Could this be related to Grahams vision of people gathering in hunting packs? Mass raids against immigrants?

The deportations are now actually underway. The Homeland Security Agency is in place,. and all the supporting infrastructure. FEMA has been building "Emergency centers" for some years now. They have barbed wire empty bases, for tent cities, plus they have more solid holding centers, built at rail centers, and various special trains, for moving people. This was done under the guise of "National state of emergency", or Civil disaster. The round ups are now taking place, and reported in the press. It will get worse. As documented by Kathy. There was also the pentagon plan during the sixties riots and uprisings, for the mass detention and holding in camps all black males of military age. It can be reactivated. This part of my post is not from scanning. its factual. The infrastructure of state terror is now fully in place. It can be mobilised, and commandeered, when required. The infamous "Patriot Act" laid out the rules. This has taken since 911 but America is now in great danger. I think the start of it will be the deliberate triggering of racial incidents and riots, later this year. From then on, it is all downhill. The scanning I am getting is that this is an actual future time line, but there are several. But this could happen, as kathy says, but much worse. This year is the pivotal year. This is then year America has its future decided
