There is a new case of COVID-19 in Northern CA, BUT for this one they can't figure out where the patient contracted it. This was a person not repatriated from China, not in personal contact with anyone who has traveled anywhere. This is the first probable case of community transmission in the US. This means someone, somewhere in Northern CA is walking around unaware that they are sick, someone who IS in contact with someone who has traveled abroad recently, and they are shedding the virus wherever they go (markets, offices, etc.). I'm sorry I can't find a good link for the story that's not behind a paywall, but the SF Chronicle is my source.
I too felt soooooo much better after watching the Predator In Chief give his press conference on the coronavirus and how we are all safe because he has the "best people" working on it.
Remember that Trump's idea of "best people" tend to have a degree from Trump University.

This is a man who believes that looking directly into the sun during a total solar eclipse is a good idea. It would not surprise me at all that he thinks that sun would fry the coronavirus off of him.
Having said that, if the coronavirus does reach pandemic levels, will Trump hold his rallies out in the summer heat to keep himself and his followers safe?

I watched this video with incredulity at where we are now with these world leaders. Although he denied covering up the scale of the disease in Iran, people say it is much greater than they are saying. So here he is sick as a dog and later speaking from quarantine:

To Trump's false claim that that the virus will die out in summer, Iran's climate is mild in winter. Trump is minimizing the virus because he's afraid of the market crashing and hurting his chances of reelection. What a government this is!

Here is an update from The Guardian about the latest COVID-19 news.
- China’s health authority has reported another drop in the number of new infections, with 433 new confirmed cases and 29 deaths in mainland China on Wednesday.
- There are 334 new cases in South Korea, mostly in Daegu.
- Estonia, Denmark, Pakistan, Georgia, Norway, North Macedonia, Greece and Romania are among countries to report their first case of coronavirus in the last day.
- Stocks in Asia are headed for their worst week for two years after more heavy losses on Thursday
- Australia has extended its travel ban on China and enacted its emergency response plan, because “there is every indication the world will soon enter the pandemic phase of the virus”, prime minister Scott Morrison said.
- US vice-president Mike Pence has been appointed by Donald Trump to lead and coordinate the US’s response to the coronavirus.
- Trump said the risk to Americans is “very low” but that plans are in place for a spread of the virus, which he doesn’t think is inevitable, in contradiction to US health authorities who expect to see more cases.
- Anne Schuchat, deputy director of the US CDC, said “the trajectory of what we are looking at over the weeks and months ahead is very uncertain”, and authorities should “dust off” their pandemic preparedness plans.
It occurs to me with tRump naming Mike Pence to oversee the corona virus response ..he set him up as fall guy when it all turns bad...thus the predictions that saw Mike Pence not being available to step in line should tRump be removed/gone from office and him 'transitioning" are supported by this action.
I am sorry I did not get to attend the group meditation last night... an allergy attack required me to take antihistamines which made me very sleepy and I retired to bed early. I continue to send Light and Love and Healing in my daily meditations.
I have been contacting my representatives (governor, senator, congressman) all morning, demanding to know what preparations my local government is taking to protect their constituents against the spread of coronavirus. I suggest everyone does the same.
I'm seeing a lot of people I know crowing about the "low" mortality rate. A 2% mortality rate means 6.5 million Americans could die. If 10% of the population has complications, that means 32 million could be pouring into hospitals. We are not prepared for this. But there are none so blind as those who will not see.
I'm trying to take what action I can, which is admittedly not much. Contacting my representatives makes me feel a lot better. Mentioning it here in case doing so helps someone else.
Actually, let me apologize for my previous post. I do not want to fear monger. We have seen what Spirit is capable of, and there is no reason to believe we will suffer so badly.
Let us do what we can: love ourselves and each other, prepare our homes by gathering necessities, contact our representatives and demand action, and send healing thoughts to ourselves, our communities, and the world at large.
This is nothing humanity hasn't faced before, and we will get through it. Sending love to you all.

So the group you mentioned that was able to get guidance from their past and future selves seemed like truth to me he also frequently referred to our seen and unseen friends. Although, not being psychic, I have often felt the presence of those beings working with me . I feel like the time is now for the collective to feel it as well and to really know. It may seem trite - there is a reason for this season we are in . And there is a deep knowing - a knowing that this season was coming. And that we will be OK in whatever form that is...
our human minds might not be able to grasp it But our deep knowing selves can.

TRUMP TO CUT HEALTH PROGRAMS TO PAY FOR CORONAVIRUS: Trump health secretary Alex Azar is testifying on the administration's budget before a House committee. Azar's Health & Human Services Dept. said yesterday it will pay for the coronavirus response in part by cutting funds from other health programs, including one that funds winter home heating assistance for the poor. Other cuts target mental health and substance abuse treatment and the Aging and Disability Services Programs. HHS does not need Congress's approval to transfer the funds.

@lovendures I wish I could trust the numbers but I do not. The authorities are more interested in their stock quotes than people's health. Am sick of these totalitarian governments. Xi and Trump are thugs. I will go with my gut which is to hunker down and be careful about germ transmission, keep travel to a minimum. Stay away from restaurants. Cook food well and work on building my immune system.
The fact that there are few test kits in the U.S. says that we aren't going to even know what illness people have when they get sick. Then suddenly when it is available, big pharma will explode with vaccines.
The CDC in this country has already been a conservative organization that has been woefully behind. Now it is in the dark.

The CDC has been muzzled. No communication that does not come from Pence.
Frightening times.
Personally, I am scared to allow my children to continue to go to school. As the numbers remain low, I have no rational reason for keeping them home, but my intuition says this is all very bad.
Edited to add that they can hide the numbers all they want, but the truth will out, and it will be worse for them when it does.
