His health is definitely worsening. Going by the details we have seen and heard thus far and the extreme stress and panic he is feeling over said files he is definitely progressing in his ill health.

I think the difference in perspective may also be due to how the media focuses on Trump differently on our respective sides of the Atlantic. The media here in Europe doesn't care about Trump's health or potential illness. I learned most of what I know about it from this forum. Instead, here are many daily reports that MAGA is withdrawing support from Trump. The media here are really keeping an eye on this, and apparently think it is very relevant. Also, there are already cartoons about it. For example, this cartoon from Klaus Stuttmann reads, "U.S. American Storm Depression Epstein."
