@kathleen

It's adorable to think of his little brother's reaction.

@ghandigirl I would be glad to fill in for any child of a Republican making a speech about Trump's woes. I promise I would do a great job of interpreting its meaning!

A white buffalo was born in the wild at Yellowstone on June 4.

Sacred indeed!!!

@Baba sent this one to a few of us. And it fills me with happiness and wonder.  It's about elephants.  They appear to give each other names which scientists have used AI to recognize. When they play the sound that AI says is the name of that elephant, that elephant will look up from the herd and its ears flare and it may respond.

It is so awesome to see this!

There is so much about other animals we are just beginning to understand. Dolphins and parrots also appear to call each other by names.

Every elephant has its own name, study suggests

In case you can't read the article, here's a free one but it doesn't have the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opifx32Rphs

@jeanne-mayell @baba

My family nickname, since I was five years old (a full 70 years ago as of October!) is EP, which began as Elly because of a large stuffed BLUE elephant I received for Christmas that year. Somehow, Elly's Elephant got shortened even more, I think because my baby sister couldn't say Elly and said Ep instead. My niece (now 44) has always called me Auntie Ep! I have a lifelong love of elephants as a result, and greatly resent the republicans using this marvelous, intelligent, loving, social, maternally led vastly intelligent being (ok animal) for that political party's symbol. I still have Elly, much worn from much hugging over the decades and quite beloved.

@tesseract @journeywithme2 That white buffalo that was just born that you texted about is now, they are saying, the fulfillment of a Lakota prophecy.  The prophecy is that the birth of the white buffalo...

"that portends better times, according to members of the American Indian tribe who cautioned that it’s also a signal that more must be done to protect the earth and its animals.

“The birth of this calf is both a blessing and warning. We must do more,” said Chief Arvol Looking Horse, the spiritual leader of the Lakota, Dakota and the Nakota Oyate in South Dakota, and the 19th keeper of the sacred White Buffalo Calf Woman Pipe and Bundle."

For Tesseract (and me)

Made this in preparation for the spiritual book. She is looking forward but pointing backwards to the troubling cloud.

Not sure why my post didn't go through.

I'll try again

My daughter loves elephants. When she was little we took her to the zoo. A baby elephant played peek a boo with her hiding behind a raised wall. All we saw was ear tips and waving trunk. This delighted her and although she doesn't remember, this sparked her lifelong love of all things elephant.

For my thirtieth birthday I rode on an elephant.

Elephants are such beautiful and sensitive souls.

@ghandigirl

I made this for an art class I took 26 years ago. It's not from The Black Pearl story, which was written some years earlier. I had to fudge because I really can't draw. The outline is from a color book and I was able to trace it (the art dept had this cool tracing machine  and then I did my thing within the outline.

I think you clearly picked up on this!

I can't wait for you to read story!

Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful dads in our community. Also thinking of those who are missing their fathers today.

May today bring many blessings your way and may you always know you are loved.

My inspiration this morning. I am in the midst of a whole house sort and re-organize and was feeling overwhelmed then I saw this:

If this little guy can get up those stairs so can I! & the joy and delight this marvelous man took in the little guy's climb was more than uplifting!

May be an image of 1 person

I took this photo at the beach today. The sun was so bright I couldn't actually see what I was doing, just took a "blind" selfie. I see all kinds of orbs and spirit. I'd love to get input.

All I see are strange lines of sunshine falling over your face, which is odd because the sun is behind you.

@ghandigirl That is an amazing picture. All the colors on the crown of your head...almost like a shaft of light broke up into a prism! I think it is a blessing being placed on you.

@ghandigirl I am drawn to the little blue light on your lower right cheek.  I sometimes see a small blue light flash while I'm giving a reading and feel it is a sign of spirit's smiling acquiescence.  Overall, the feeling in the photo and all the lights going off show so much joy!
