Insomnia. Sedating meds starting to kick in, over medicated

Thank you. I used to have chronic insomnia for decades. It is rare anymore, thank goodness. I was able not to panic.Ā
I want to pray for Florida, my former home for eight years. As we all brace for impact I am holding many friends in prayer. I don't know exactly what my prayer is. Words seem too small for the enormity of this storm.Ā

@ghandigirlĀ Ā Yes, let's pray and send good vibes to the people of southwest Florida.Ā Ian now has 155 mph winds and is about to make landfall in the Ft.Myers/Charlotte Harbor area as a high-end Cat 4 producing a 12-15 foot storm surge.Ā Ā He looks like Hurricane Charley in 2004, only with a much, much larger windfield.Ā Charley hit Charlotte Harbor as a Cat 4, and wiped out a lot of waterfront buildings before heading through Orlando and knocking out the power grid and blowing off roofs. Ian is predicted to take the same track.Ā I think we have members in the SW Florida area who could use protection. (@lowtide ?Ā Ā not sure)
