I hope everyone is doing, feeling better today.
I have been ill off and on with some scary symptoms for a while now. I have not been able to heal properly. I will be going to a specialist soon. I am hopeful that now that my child has reconnected with me I will feel more peaceful and my body will calm itself down. I am hopeful that my diagnosis will not be drastic or involve any Cancers.
The issues with the disc injuries I mentioned stem from domestic violence. I too am a survivor. I notice when my back hurts, I am feeling & remembering the initial injury which was inflicted upon me. I still feel sad, 30 years later. This is baggage I wish to be rid of. I am safe now. I need to remind myself. I continue to heal from PTSD. Some days are better than others.
My issue is not really the illnesses or injuries. It is my brain trying to hijack and terrify me. I assume that is the bipolar part of me wanting to ramp things up. I call her Bipolar Betty and she is not a friend to me, at least not yet. Maybe this is a lesson I need to learn still, accepting all parts of me with compassion.
My beloved long time therapist, who has passed, used to tell me to picture a hand and a stop sign. I am then to put the hand up in front of the stop sign and tell myself, "STOP. That's not helpful." I am thinking of her and hoping she is proud of how hard I have worked. I am hoping she sees me, and knows how grateful I am.

Belated thanks and an update on my sister Judy's hand surgery in Munich and her daughter's family in Italy. I have been swamped with editing work (which is a blessing) and this is the first time I've had a chance to get to the Forum.
The surgery on Judy's hand went wonderfully! She has been in a splint for three weeks. She is currently in Italy but returns to Munich on Monday to have the stitches out and then will return to Italy to await the birth of her daughter Melissa's third baby. So thanks everyone! We wouldn't mind some good thoughts for the birthing. Melissa has always had easy births but one never knows. She is due anytime now... ❤️ Melissa WALKED down the hill to the hospital for her first birthing five years ago! Gioia was born with the birth sac intact, which I gather is a very positive oracle-kind of thing, as well as a one in a million birth. Her little brother, Cy, was also a walk to the hospital, but not the one-in-a-million intact birth sac. They are both amazing children--but then I am just a little biased! This Great-Aunt is sure their little brother-soon-to-be will be equally special!
Today I would also like to ask for healing for my older sister, Sandra, in Iowa City, Iowa. (Yes, I am a Middle!) Sandy is having Cochlear Implant surgery tomorrow morning, Thursday July 21st. She did not say if it was both ears or just one, but I do know she said she had become more deaf in one ear than the other. I know the Master Healers will be with her in Spirit and I have asked that they help the physical surgeons as they place the implant(s). I know the Energy in THIS group is beyond powerful so I am confident that will help all aspects of the surgery.
This is such a powerful healing group. I have been involved in several such groups over my lifetime and this group is one of the most powerful I have ever been blessed to blend energies with, so thank you very much.
I will bring updates on my beloved bookend sisters, and the new baby, as I am given information.

Please join me in praying for President Biden. I just have seen that he is still with Covid and I feel strongly that as a community of sensitives and allies it is imperative that we send light and healing to him.
I am concerned about his age as a factor. I am seeing him with light around him, a very bright backlight of energy behind him. I hope his family is feeling supported. Joe Biden gets a bad rap from many low energy groups in our society. We as light bringers can feel his decency, his compassion.

A rather minor request, but would love a burst of healing light to kick this cold that I have out. I have now had 2 negative COVID tests a couple of days apart, so I am fairly sure it is just a miserable cold. I know several people who have been dealing with non-COVID viruses this summer. Thank you!
