@jeanne-mayell Hi Team Light Workers. I do hope you’re all safe and know I do pray for all of you often. That being said, I’m taking my father to the Dr. today to confirm dementia and take his drivers license away along with many other small indignities. Please send your light to help him understand and not be too painful for him to hear. And send your strength to me to be the daughter he needs today. He’s such a good man and has been an incredible father/human. I don’t want to fail him the first time he’s truly needed me in my life. God bless you all. Be safe!

Asking for prayers for my 32 year old son, he is currently at the hospital being tested for Covid-19. Though he is young he is a smoker and being a mechanic has been around a lot of people in our area and his partner - she works at CVS Pharmacy....and she felt sick a few days ago...now? It has hit him....my daughter and her husband are still doing well in the DC area...they have self-isolated since last Thursday. I have just been notified as of today, I am not to come to work until further notice as I am in the high risk category.. and.. they are totally changing the way they run the clinic per current AVMA directions.

So truly sorry your son is going through this! And you, as well ?

In these challenging times everyone is naturally worried during times like this.

Statistically he is still considered low risk but as we all no this virus has chosen some seemingly unlikely victims. But being young and relatively healthy if positive it will hopefully be (as the majority have said) like a a case of a bad cold or the flu.

So far, all members of my family (except as far as I know myself)  have been in the same room however  briefly with some one called in for testing or found to be positive.

One of my children actually called a hospital to warn them she might have been second handily been exposed to a positive as she goes in for daily treatments there. They were not even concerned enough to test her or be concerned about her presence. Two other families in different circumstances had similar experiences exposedto a family of five all being tested as possible positives.

.As long as people are not elderly and have no serious heart or lung issues they could not even test them as the tests are so limited they didn't have enough to even worry about low risk possible contact with any of them including a tiny baby. ?‍♀️??‍♀️

I am so happy for you this was not his experience and he could get tested. And then hopefully he will be ok no matter the test finding. ?????

But I can imagine his and your families concern.  I would be if any more concern had even been shown to my family.  One contact was a small school setting of 20 or 30 students and 2 teachers and the other a quality control laboratory. Small very close physical contact. Go figure! Our systems here are 80 tests a day at this stage for our entire state..all they can do with what they have.

It's all pretty concerning on all sides of all experiences now.

But please know he is in my heart, my thoughts and prayers and  I will send them up and out into the light and love that already surrounds him. He is loved and so are you ❣❣

Please keep us updated. Lots of love to you, too. Ugh.

Bless you both with all my heart. I know Alzheimers and related dementia well. I took care of my parents for many months at a time time in my childhood home for almost 9 years

We could not get social services help even if desperate because they were so limited. Flying me up 1400 miles round trip up from 1 to 4 months at a time and caring for my mom with my dads help then for both of them with evening help from family was challenging.

But it was the single greatest and most meaningful experience of loving and caring in my life.

You simply love them with a full heart and make it as caring and accepting of where they are from step to step stage to stage. It was a labor of love as they had complicated medical needs, insulin testing and shots many times a day for my mom who was also blind. I did whatever I had to by the end things I never thought I had the physical or emotional strength for.

Your dad will not be as challenging and if you have other support and more likely social services support you can absolutely do this.

Never doubt your own strength--mind, body, or spirit. You are so much more than you think you are or can be.

Much love and understanding ???

@journeywithme2  I am sending you and yours prayers. I will hold them in my meditation on Wednesday night when we will be forming a healing circle. There are currently 150 people signed up so whatever the final number will be, even if it is just a handful, the healing will be powerful.

@Vagabeau, I see how much you love your father and am sending loving light to both of you, especially that he is able to feel loved and cared for.

@vagabeau, I am sending comforting and supportive light to you and your father.  It is a challenging situation, having experienced that with my mom.  Your father is so very fortunate to have you there with him.

Much love to both of you.

HI all of you sweet wonderful light workers!

I'm asking for a little help for anyone out there who has any intuitive thoughts about a friend of mine and perhaps some help with sending her healing energy. Her name is Becky and for many months now she has had a condition of her top gum line being soar and red. It's getting worse and she has been to dentists, her internist, gum specialists, etc. She was supposed to have an appt. with a specialist at Yale that she has waited for months to go to, but it got cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak.  She is in pain and no one can figure out what it is.  I'm so worried about her.

Also, one of my cousins in Germany's son in law and her granddaughter (Thomas and Laurine) are both feverish and achy today. Please pray and send healing light to them both and their other brother and sister and their mom: Astrid.  I'm also very worried about them too.?️? ❤️

An odd thought -- and I haven't had any particular intuition about your friend's condition, but I feel I should ask: what type of toothpaste does she use?

Many toothpastes (even ones touted as "all natural") can cause a lot of reactivity and allergic reactions to certain ingredients. (Off the top of my head, fluoride, triclosan, parabens, and SLS can cause a lot of reactivity.)

I was using a whitening toothpaste (Crest brand, I think) that caused the skin all around my mouth to break out in painful sores. I tried everything! Every cream, paste, gel, medicine -- you name it -- finally, it occurred to me, that darn toothpaste! I switched to an all natural brand without those problematic ingredients and -- poof -- the sores were gone.

A little more information -- the United States only prohibits the use of 30 ingredients in personal care products. For comparison, the EU bans 1400 harmful (or potentially harmful) ingredients. In fact, about 5 years ago, it was only 11; under the Obama administration, a few more were added (triclosan, I think, was one of them, along with the microbeads that contribute to plastic pollution in the ocean).

That means I could start my own beauty company and basically put any old crap in it and there's really nothing to stop me. The FDA puts the onus on the company to avoid using any toxic (or potentially toxic) ingredients, so we cannot rely on the FDA to pull harmful products from the shelves.

Furthermore, a term like "organic" is regulated but only re: food -- NOT personal care products. So I could make my line of crap products, slap a term like "organic" on it, and it basically means nothing.

Many of these harmful ingredients are also used as industrial cleaners -- SLS is one of them, I believe. A product that can be used to clean floors should not be in toothpaste!

One thing to look for in any product you buy is the ingredient "fragrance." That's a red flag right there. Fragrance is considered a trade secret, meaning that those specific ingredients cannot be disclosed to the public. Often companies will bundle a bunch of harmful ingredients under the umbrella of "fragrance."

This is a topic I am pretty passionate about, obviously :)

Re Becky:  I had the same thought as @sistermoon about the toothpaste.  I sometimes break out in an itchy rash around my mouth when I use toothpastes that aren't natural; the more stuff that's in them (whitener + flouride +etc.), the worse it is.  Funny thing, I never used to have those reactions.

@journeywithme2, how is your son doing?  You mentioned a few days ago that his fever broke.

@deetoo

Thank you for asking.

He went for his recheck today (I just heard from him) and he was cleared for a return to work Thursday...he is an auto-mechanic and considered a necessary service. Thursday will be the end of the two weeks of mandatory quarantine...which he is glad about.. as he still needs to rest up from the battle his body has just fought and won...his stamina is still a bit low right now.

His partner has remained well after her "cold" she had 3 days prior to him getting so sick. She works for a pharmacy - which did not order her to self quarantine because "he did not get tested and test positive" which is a very sad situation...because... so many have been sick and not tested in our area.....his drs said he 99.9% had it.... that is why our county has the second highest rate of infection....even though we have a lower population than many counties statewide. The percentage rates are crazy...my son asked for a test was denied...they didn't have any.... they told him maybe later.. but there is still a shortage of tests.. and... results may take as long as 7 days to come back... so that's 7 days behind that people are still out and about and possibly spreading the disease.  This so alarmingly reveals the non-existent true health care we have in this country.

Shaking my head as I write this... this is truly insanity... and Team Orange Foolius and Turtle-Faced Turd.. are NOT helping ...AT ALL. GRRRRRRRRR...  forgive me.... I shall now go practice my calming breathes and meditation.
