I'm copying here some pointers that Jeanne gave on a previous remote viewing post:

If you are new to this work, here are some tips for getting out of your non psychic head and into your sensing self:

  • Close your eyes and breathe.
  • Bring yourself into a state of meditation. Feel the breath going in and out.  It clears your mind and puts you in your present-moment state rather than the ticker tape non psychic part of your mind.
  • Then focus on the targets of the exercise.  Perhaps you will get a picture in your head, or a feeling in your body.
  • Write what you get.
  • You could also pull a Tarot card, asking the questions in the exercise or posing your own questions. Stare at the card and notice where your eye goes on the card and what it might be telling you. If you are more familiar with Tarot, you may want to do a full reading, rather than a single card.
  • You know when your are being intuitive or psychic when something unexpected pops into your mind. It won't necessarily be logical or fit what you've read.
  • Have fun and keep it  lite.

I only have to add a couple more pointers:

  • Balance is very important. Do whatever you need to bring balance to your vision. For many people, meditation works. If it doesn't work for you, do anything else that brings you balance, for example, look at art or listen to music that brings balance to you. When I was a teen, I used to listen to my favorite band and fragments of lyrics related to my question would stand out. It worked for me!
  • If you are familiar with any divination method (Tarot, I Ching, runes, looking for synchronicities, anything really), and it works for you, do use it.

Finally, I know some people on this board are very fine psychics, so if you have any specific techniques you'd like to share, please go ahead.

Hi Maria,

May I have permission to play with receiving and sending images over here?

Best,

Oh dear God.  It's 2 a.m. here, and I respectfully retract my request.  I understand now that it isn't play and the power and strength of whomever engages in remote viewing for the purposes of helping others is a gift with a price.  Best.

Hi Gracesinger,

I just wanted to make sure you are okay. Your last post sounded a little intense. I’m sure the universe will not give you anything that you can’t handle, but I’m sure it can be challenging to come to terms with something new.

Dear Gracesinger,

There are those who see too much and then there are those who block out even the light we send.

And then there are those who try to balance inbetween and always walk the edge of wanting to know but backing off from ever knowing more than they can physically or emotionally handle.

Knowing too much is like hearing the universal scream of childbirth or the last gasp of transition but in the cosmic scale it surges to the big bang which creates new life by destroying the old.

The most important thing is always just filling ourselves with love, not fear. If we stayed afraid of knowing the future, why we are here, or what our own lives would be like, then there would indeed be nothingness but worry all the time.

We each choose for ourselves how we learn, how we grow, how we know our true selves and most of all just to take breaks when the gift and the game of life overwhelms us.

There is always those aroundus in this world who live in and practice the dark. They come here as they do everywhere. But when we feel them and fear rises, we cast them out in all the ways we know how and we beibg in the light into our nights when the veil between our worlds in the thinnest.

When we wake to a living nightmere instead of the beautiful dream of the world we want to create for ourselves, our children and grandchildren, our friends, and for all sentient beings of light.

Sometimes we pull back the curtain for peeks or a visit and we can do great good. Othertimes people end up not wanting us in their lives for fear we can know their thoughts, see their "sins" or control them somehow.

But most people here come with experiences or even true abilities that drive them to be better, do better, use their innate gifts always for the best of each heart they see or each heart they touch.

You are one of those.?

And we love you and we send you such love,  such light, such compassion as we do for all who read here.

Bless you all and thank you; so much beauty and light and love in all of you.  I now wonder if someone was watching a film and sharing it?  There was a tall blond man who seemed to be abducting two children: a little girl who was confused in a little brown coat and a little boy on his right who was looking around for help.  It seemed like a child abduction but maybe it was in a film.  I don't think the sender meant harm and feel like a drama queen now.

Gracesinger

Thank you for sharing your feelings, in the night and after time to process. Both are valid and really we are all drama experts in this life and reality of ours!

In fact, if this is our own movie and we are writing the script right now. I am wearing a crown, too.

In the night, when the veil between dimensions of being is thin, I have had nightmares that woke me in a heartbeat and I couldn't tell if it was a premonition, or an anxiety about a loved one coming out for my awareness and healing. Lots of times we create dreams to get our own worries out if the dark and into the light of day.

In the past such remote viewing terrified me and i would share them with at least one person for future potential confirmation. Some were preposterously unbelievable but ended up years later being validated.

Too many of these experiences freaked me out and I begged for the "gift" to be taken away. I felt too helpless knowing things about other people's children when the school or whoever thought I was crazy to be worried .

When they are strange dreams about people I don't know, i say a prayer,  send light, tell myself to release from the fear and work through the heart racing awakening.

Remote viewing and telepathy and premonition and dreams can all intermingle because really they are all "seeing' the future in the loops of spiraling time.

Remote viewing can also be "real time" telepathic receiving as well as "flyovers" and scene viewing from past, future, or things in the stratosphere of movies and news!

Remote viewing can develop psychic skills just as working with energy or sending or receiving or Tarot or anything that opens us to new awareness. But we never want to live in fear and have to know what we can do and what we can't.

Just know Baba and others who read here felt concerned because we could feel your emotions,  just as we all can share and feel and worry about similar things and wanted to help anyone with any similar experiences know we understand and reach out to any single one with compassion.

We all just care about our family here and never know who might be reading who can relate and is needing information to help them with similar responses.

So, think of your sharing as meant to happen for a reason?

Michelle, there is so much truth in what you write.  I've always wrestled with my shadow self; my Scorpio moon.  So much of my journey has seemed to be about finding light in the darkness of pain and tragic unfolding.  I walked through so many years in my youth yearning for an exorcism of the horrible demon I felt myself to be in the otherness I experienced and have read in the stories of others' rejected selves shared on this site.  In retrospect I wonder how the confusion I experienced in my family of origin's dysfunctionality warped me to create a profoundly insecure personality. At the same time, if I view the situation as a chosen life lesson the purpose of which is to understand the limitations of my humanity and the power of the divinity of the warm Mother earth and light of the Divine, I find security.  What is most troubling to me in these times is the pollution of the earth.  Indeed, there was a pipeline break just recently on the west side of the state on the Missouri River.  I am eager for spring to pass so that I might garden again.  I want to help heal the earth.  I am so grateful for your love and wisdom, Michelle.  Thank you for sharing it.

I guess we were writing at the same time.  What you write makes sense, too, in terms of my fears for my daughter.  I have tried to make sense of her mother-in-law who seems to be interfering with the bonding between her sons and their chosen in this weird repetition of the culture of infidelity she has experienced in choosing unfaithful mates.  I have always "seen" my daughter's as yet to be produced son and daughter and have been fearing what could happen to them if she chooses to have them with her husband.  It is her life and my manufactured drama.  I realize now I haven't wanted to release it over to the Light, thinking I guess I could protect or control it, but I realize that is what I must do.  So, the dream may have been an expression of that concern.
