Ever since 21th august eclipse north korea acted more belligerent and now donald trump is talking about reviewing FTA with republic of korea, he even gave a hint that it might include china. For me it confirmed one thing, sibly chart does work. I will try to keep this post short so I will touch only important points.
First, it was a full eclipse and it was on fixed sign and fire sign. Fixed sign eclipses tend to have a very lasting effect, their effects will be felt as time goes on.

9th house - Supreme court, international law, UN, relation with foreign countries, foreign trade, navy and naval affairs, a countries effort to blocklade enemy's shore in a war time, sea voyage, long travel, immigration, colleges, institution of higher studies, places of worship of various religions and holy books of religions and some other things. It is also ascedent of US president donald trump.
So, fire sign eclipse which indicates fighting and movement of armies is falling on house of navy and naval affairs, foreign trade and foreign relations. What are the odds ?
Secondly, third house which will be directly effected denotes armed forces, army chief, border clashes, all types of communication, post and telegraph, radio, TV, satellite,telephone, media, travel, railways, aeroplane, accident, news, magazine, public opinion, meental attitude of people, written agreement, signed document etc. It is also where america's moon resides. Since, this effect of this eclipse will be very long, the effects too will be very slow. Even if a war begins then it will slow down after some time and go on for some more months.

Soon after 21st august chad ordered to close qatar embassy and qatar restored full diplomatic relation with iran. I feel things will defenitely hit up after 31st jan eclipse.
