Why the Congress won't stop Trump for Treason

Somewhere on this site I wrote a while back, from a channeled session, that the reason the GOP leadership was tolerating Trump's Russian treason was not just that they didn't want to tarnish their party by impeaching one of their own. I also felt that some of the GOP leadership were being paid off by Putin. If they make the payments in the form of large donations to their PACs, it's not hard to put cooperative senators into office and make it look legit. Yesterday, the Dallas Daily News reported that a Soviet-born oligarch has made sizable donations to GOP leadership via a PAC.

As Reported yesterday in the Dallas Daily News:

"During the 2015-2016 election season, Ukrainian-born billionaire Leonid "Len" Blavatnik contributed $6.35 million to leading Republican candidates and incumbent senators. Mitch McConnell was the top recipient of Blavatnik's donations."  Also in this order, big money went to Marco Rubio, Scott Walker, Lindsey Graham, John Kasich, and John McCain.

Blatvatnik now has dual US/ UK citizenship, but the Dallas Daily News reports that he has business relationships with other oligarchs close to Putin including the one who was behind Manafort, Oleg Deripaska. Deripaska paid Manafort i$10 million a year starting back in 2004 to influence other governments on behalf of the Russian government.  Manafort was Trump's campaign manager and the one  who set up the infamous Don Jr./Jared meeting to get damaging Hillary Clinton emails from the Russians.  Manafort is now a registered Russian agent.

So, is my original intuition correct that the GOP protects Trump because they too are being paid by the Russians?  We know that the  GOP is not the party of America. It's the party of oligarchs. And if this new information is correct,  it might not be too big of a stretch to say it is the party doing the bidding of the Russian mob.  It's been my feeling for the last few months.  But I could be wrong.  Does anyone have any more on this?

Ironic that they have selected the American flag as their brand.

Jeanne,

This completely resonates with me on an intuitive level and there is documentation/proof to back this up. More than the GOP members you have mentioned have taken money from Russians.

Also, the press documented that Jill Stein has been funded by Russian money. And what did she do with the election recount funds donated for which she has not accounted?

Although he did not take money from them, there has been talk on twitter for months now about recordings of Bernie Sanders talking smack about Hillary Clinton to the Russians. Not surprising, since a great deal of his campaign was based on ripping her apart, to the detriment of our country.

Will this ever end?

In the last set of predictions, someone saw that even in 2030, Congress was in a shambles  (as it is now) and would need a total revamp.

That was me, Jeanne.

Talking to you on the phone, as we went through my visions,  i can remember hearing "whole new congress" and feeling like it was as if the old one had just fallen away and disappeared so it was literally a whole new one.

Gracesinger, I think there was enough evidence back when Obama signed the Magnitsky Act to pursue Trump. Putin is always been watch carefully, and his associates by other countries.
