It was predicted on these forums not sure by who a few weeks ago that there was investigations going on into Kavanaugh and there was going to be more sexual assault allegations come out and that he has a gambling problem. Seems to be coming true, well done who predicted it

I think Bin predicted he would eventually be removed.  He predicted it right after Kavanaugh was confirmed.

I think this will restart the investigation into Kavannah.  What will take him down isn't the women but the fact he  lied under oath. A Supreme Court Justice  lying under oath can only happen under Barr and Dump.  (by the way I have a couple of new nicknames).  I also think that they will investigate where the money came from to pay off all his debts.  My guess would be the  GOP, or blackmail of former Justice Kennedy.

Ask and ye shall receive. I was looking for the thread that contained the name of the narcissist therapist who had a YT channel for days. I gave up. I came to the site today, and found that this thread had been revived, and lo and behold, on page one there is the name I'd been seeking. Thank all of you who had a hand in this!

I have read or listened to a number of psychics who said from the time Kavanaugh got onto the court that he'd be short lived. One said within three years. It resonated with me. There's more that will come to light about how he was pushed through. It's a real shame that being a serial sexual assault perpetrator isn't enough to get him off the court. It will be the lies under oath. But it will be a lesson that has far reaching aftereffects.

Since the NYTimes put out that article about the Yale assault,  there were calls for Kavanaugh's impeachment and more articles about the issue:

The NY Times authors are publishing a book on the subject, which will mean a book tour and more stories.

But the NY Times essay left out a key component and now the Times has had to apologize, so now the Right has a counter argument they will use:  that the woman at the center of the new allegation told friends she doesn't have complete recall of the incident due to drinking. However there are others who were around at the time that have said that they had heard the story.

It's turning out to be a very bad, no good, terrible day for Brett Kavanaugh who's the hot topic of discussion on Rachel Maddow's show and on Lawrence O'Donnell's show tonight.  Maddow interviewed Kamala Harris who said Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing was a sham and how many people are stll extremely bitter about it because justice wasn't served.  She's calling for either an impeachment investigation or for an independent counsel to do an investigation.  O'Donnell talked to the two authors of the new book about Kavanaugh who said they interviewed many people from Kavanaugh's college and high school days who personally witnessed his bad drinking and sexing behaviors.  Some of these people were so apalled and horrified that Kavanaugh might be confirmed, they repeatedly tried to make contact with the FBI to tip them off.  Apparently, the FBI was ordered by the WH not to pursue any of these leads.

Earlier in the day Jerry Nadler was on video saying the judiciary committee had it's hands full with impeachment activities for trump and didn't have the time to do a 2nd impeachment investigation into Kavanaugh.  That said, this marks the beginning of one never-ending bad day after another for Kavanaugh.  The book hasn't even been released yet, and it's already re-ignited the stench and furor around Kavanaugh's confirmation process to the supremes.  In the short-term, an independent counsel investigation is probably the most likely outcome.
