@tgraf66 Did anyone else notice that Musk deleted the Epstein remark? Trump is now threatening him something fierce.
@osyn1 I don't think it matters whether he deleted it or not since the tweet was preserved hundreds of times over in screenshots. Besides, since he has full control over the Twitter (I refuse to call it "X") databases and can make it "disappear", those screenshots can be derided as fake/fabricated if the need arises, and the cult members will accept that explanation without questioning it. I doubt such a need will arise though, because it's unlikely anything would or will be done about the accusations contained in it anyway. For the moment at least, the Orange One is untouchable and his minions and sycophants will believe whatever he tells them to believe regardless of the documented facts.
@lawrence Another one, this time from WJBF news in Augusta, GA regarding the situation in Rockland County NY:
RETRANSMISSION: 2024 Presidential and Senate Results Called Into Question as Lawsuit Advances
@baba Thank you so much for sharing your visions. Seeing the combination of Churchill, the Eiffel Tower and the Cliffs of Dover gave me a scary feeling about Europe. I associate this combination of visions with what happened in the early days of the Second World War. However, I can also see some (not all) European countries standing very closely together and managing the threats through great effort, so it's scary and tight what I can see but I can see also hope and strength.
NATO Secretary General invokes spirit of Churchill to spur on NATO defence spending
Towards the end of his speech Rutte noted, “The venue for our summit in The Hague is on Churchillplein – Churchill Square. His bulldog spirit is alive today in NATO. We have the confidence, commitment and courage to do whatever it takes to protect our way of life. There are no second chances when it comes to our security. So, we will deliver in The Hague.”

Here you go 🍀
My father flew 37 missions in WWII, his tail gunner on one of them was killed by flack. They had to dump bombs over a civilian area due to a problem. This was a time when planes were pretty primitive, he had his own oxygen mask blown off by flack. He put in over 30 years between active and reserve. He went in a commissioned officer. He never spoke about the war much. That is what someone who actively went to war does. It is not a happy time in their life. Now he and all the other people who have given so much to keep us safe are losing their heritage. They deserve better. This draft dodger is a disgrace to have a military parade glorifying himself, and not the brave soldiers who actually served and fought for freedom.
@averylegacy Given the events of the last 24-48 hours, I'd suggest that no one is listening even now, so mission accomplished for the president.
@averylegacy Now that most WWII veterans have passed on, there are few if any who remember why that war happened and the lessons it taught, so now the current generations are having to learn it all over again. I can only hope the end arrives much more quickly than it did last time and with less bloodshed.
At the library today there was a book with t's angry face on the spine. As I looked at it I flashed to people burning their Maga merchandise, like when people burned Beatle paraphernalia after John Lennon said they were bigger than Jesus.
@lawrence And another, this time from PA:
Election Forensics Expert Finds Vote Manipulation Concerns in Pennsylvania
The analysis and discovery of election anomalies is gaining traction. I believe the election officials in the various states are reluctant to look at it, as the results have been 'certified'.
Somewhere, certain people know the truth and it may be a matter of them coming forward. Then it may become undeniable. I would not be surprised if this happens within the next few months.
@tedp I wonder if the blowup between Musk & T will bear the fruit of discovery and proof of electronic manipulations of the Vote. Musk himself said it was due to him that T won. Musk recently commented that he expected to have "bought" NASA with his donations to T, which T apparently snatched away after their Twitter duel. In the world of billionaire spats and vindictive responses, if Musk proved T did not win the election, T could lose all credibility and authority, and his ego would take a mega-hit. Then what? Leave him in office? Have a Special Election? Put Kamala in the White House? Would the Speaker of the House take office? (too weak, I don't see that happening) Congress has shown no gumption to make tough, intelligent pro-Constitution decisions. If the R's votes for Prez turn out to be smaller than for the D candidate, could the D candidate be sworn in as Prez?
@classictravelr Yes, lots of unknowns. The falling out between T & E probably sets the stage. There have been sound bites, even from T as far back as shortly after the election, that E "knows those vote counting computers" . . .
I have been looking at the last few rounds of predictions for this type of scenario. . . not a lot there, but there is a mention of something in September, if I recall.
Thanks everyone for alerting me in "The Path Forward" thread to the fact that there was an RTF recording, because I had no idea; thanks to @jeanne-mayell for editing and posting it; and thanks to everyone on the recording for your contributions.
Upon listening, I was reminded that around the first of April, I was reading some of the predictions here and elsewhere, and several people were saying that 2026 was going to be much worse than 2025. I almost instinctively said no, I don't think so. My empathic impression (and lord knows, I and others were seriously wrong about the election, so take this with a monster bag of salt!) was that it would be worst this year through September, then a bit of a respite, then something will happen toward the end of this year, and 2026 will be a bit lighter. Nowhere close to back to normal, but less overt cruelty and blatant fascism. It will still be oppressive and not easy, but some of the pressure will be off for some reason. I suspect they'll be wanting to try to make themselves look good for the election, so they'll put a lid on their more flagrant Constitutional and other legal violations. Beyond 2026, they will have lost some of their momentum if not their power, so for 2027 & 2028 it will still be bad but there will be more and more pushback. While I think the worst will be over before the end of 2028, I honestly don't expect a return to any semblance of normalcy until after 2030, and it's going to be literally years and possibly decades before the US recovers the respect and economic power this crazy crew has cost us.
Truthfully, I can't see anything beyond the 2032 election, so I don't know whether that means I won't be around for anything past that or if it's going to be so radically different that my brain can't comprehend it. It's like there's a wall of static or fog past that point, and if I try to envision any year after that, I get a few snapshots of things that might be, but nothing concrete.
I can't see anything beyond the 2032 election,
When T was elected for this second term I asked the heavens something to the effect of "when will this craziness be over?" and I heard clear as day: 2032.
One impact of the U.S. President declaring war on Iran (in case you haven't seen the news) is that it may explain why many intuitives do not see him around for his full term.(For the record,I have not seen him gone, however.) His positive excitement about this precedent-setting move brings visions of Bush and Cheney waving triumphantly on the decks of some aircraft carrier after their "shock and awe" bombing of Iraq, only to later realize they had created another Vietnam, ( that ruined their political careers and damaged their party.) While this Iran war is not likely to last long, it could set off a series of rogue behaviors by bad actors like Putin and Xi, not to mention what it does to the image of the U.S. on the world stage. Zelensky could be nervous about whether T's behavior will embolden Putin and the Taiwanese also might be nervous that it will embolden China. While I don't know how it will all play out, I am not optimistic that it will go well. Prayers for all who will be harmed by this latest action that could have far-reaching consequences. Prayers for all Iranians and their families who have been suffering for several days over the chaos created by our country.
He'll be finished this year. Likely in the early fall 2025.
@lawrence I knew you'd be on this! That's why I tagged you. Thanks for posting. A few others who do the timeline predictions with me agree that his time is short. But I didn't see how or why.
