When I got that vision, I had no idea it would involve ebola or be outside of the U.S.. I thought it was going to be measles.
Now I see that the dismantling of USAID left the Congo region near the epicenter of the outbreak unprotected. It was so shortsighted to pull all those USAID workers because containing these dangerous viruses is essential to keep the world safe.
