Good News (and there is a lot of it)

A good way to say goodbye to 2023, is to honor her with a balanced picture of what happened and by that I mean, all the good that happened this past year. Here is a selection of 66 big good news events that happened in 2023, just a sample, because there is so much more than 66. It's from a new publication called futurecrunch.com. After you read the above new publication, remember there is also The Good News Network as well as The Optimist in the Washington Post. Also I subscribe to and it's free to read Reasons to be cheerful -- a publication started by the muscian artist David Byrne. These should help to balance our view of the world, along with our twice weekly Zoom Circle of Light that you can drop in via Zoom without notice. In 2024, we are meeting most Mondays at 10 am EST and Wednesdays at 7 pm EST. Check the Circle of Light thread in the forum each week to be sure we are meeting. I encourage you to post any good news you read from these or other publications so the rest of us can stay in tune with the REAL WORLD, not the bad news world. Happy New Year.
