Lately, China repealed its presidential term limits. Last year, Frans and the Netherlands lost their populist right candidates in elections. This right wing wave started at the beginning of the decade. Many of us see a rise of progressives and women in politics, including a women becoming president in 2024 the earliest.

I tried to see if Japan will have its female prime minister, and I got late 2020 to early 2030. What can we expect in the coming years?

Hi Enka. You ask, "What can we expect, in coming years?".ient Chinese curse: "May you live in interesting times" Well, quite a lot. The ancient Chinese curse: "May you live in interesting times",  now applies. It will get worse. a lot worse. But we do over the next 30 years, survive, and get out of the other side, as a race, and a civilisation. But it will be a very rough, tough, time.  Zoron.

Welcome Enka.

you are right about the Japanese Female PM. Say 2025, acually in office, but strong candidate running, before then.
