Many folks are concerned about a possible pandemic with Ebola. I would like to propose a daily five minutes from each and every one of us saying with and into the Light:

"We call on the Great Healing Powers of Light to transmute fear and neutralize any and all possibilities of an Ebola virus or any other kind of virus or evil event overwhelming the world population."

This needs no Zoom or gathering of people. It just means a set time each day for each individual to send healing and power into the world. We don't even have to have the same time for everyone because the Law of Manifestation works from INTENT, REPETITION and ANCHORING the intent into the “not yet determined.” This can change what may "seem" to be pending and inevitable. That "not yet manifested" frightening event can indeed be negated, dissipated, instead of the world of fear energy creating a “worst possible” outcome.

If we are each disciplined about meeting that one personal time each day ALL of our times, all of our Voices, all of our INTENT, worded the same will MEET and compound the INTENT.

I visualize the vibration of our intent as if the intent were a sphere of white Light, with rays coming toward and integrating with the sphere of Light. We are those incoming rays of Light and Intent. We are the rays creating a great sphere of Lighted momentum, an intent that CAN influence what "could" manifest.

No one needs to lead or follow-up, just pick it up for yourself, say the Intent (outloud at least once!) then continue repeating and sending silently if you are more comfortable or others are around you. Do this at the same time each day for five minutes, back it with BELIEF, (stop fretting about "how" or "why" just DO IT!).

At the very least, the results of our combined and compounded POWER, our compounded STRENGTH, will influence the future and mitigate the dis-ease. Miracles prevail.

Let go of logic.

Access Belief.

Empower Light.

BE LIGHT.

Because, in fact, you are Light, whether you believe it or not.

This type of intentional action is powerful and can also be applied to politics and changing the trajectory of our very messed up world at the moment.

It just takes dedication and a few moments each day. You simply need to set an adjusted wording, and request that others add to that equally important intention as well. Each intention is a creation of our love, our Light, our trust in the GOOD that can and will manifest, through action and belief of ordinary, every day people who are willing to give a minute or five to bringing in a better world.

The key to world-level manifestation is consistency combined with a compounding energy of like-minded people.

We have that here, now don't we?!

Pick one time each day and stick to it as closely as possible. This anchors the intention and allows it to grow into an ACTUAL reality.

Try it.

As my husband used to say with a wicked twinkle in his eye, “It could happen!”

So. Join in. BE the Energy that changes darkness into LIGHT.

Namaste ❤️

@tesseract Shades of Judy Tenuta ("it could happen") Seriously tho' ... great idea... I have about 30 minutes to myself each morning before I begin the day caring for my housemate with Alzheimers. I will commit to this each day that I do have the 30 minutes and also for the removal and accountability of the current regime and the restoration of our Democracy. Fittingly I shall start on Monday ... Memorial Day...."In Flanders fields the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly..."

@tesseract, I love your suggestion of the five-minute-a-day commitment and agree with you that our collective energy has the power to change the course of things.  I also believe that life is a mystery, and we’re learning as we go.  As the saying goes, we are spiritual beings having a human experience.  Being human is hard!  Bad things (or however we choose to define them) can still happen, individually and collectively.  That’s where our faith and hope comes in.  How we respond to whatever happens in life is what really matters.  In the end, all of our experiences can make us grow in consciousness as stronger, more present, and more united, compassionate beings.

I once shared with some of you about the Silent Minute, a historic movement of collective dedicated intention which began in the UK in 1940.  I posted about it previously in the Forum.

During WWII people in the UK would unite in meditation, prayer, etc. for one minute and consciously focus for peace to prevail. With Churchill’s support, BBC radio began to play the bells of Big Ben on the radio at 9pm each night as a signal for the Silent Minute to begin.  Major Wellesley Tudor-Pole, who came up with this idea, believed that if enough people joined in the gesture of dedicated intent, the tide would turn in the war.

I read that in 1945 a high Nazi officer was asked by British Intelligence why he thought Germany lost the war.  The officer remarked that the British seemed to have a powerful secret weapon that the Nazis could not understand and for which they could find no counter measure.  He said it was connected with the striking of Big Ben each evening.  It was called the Silent Minute.

This story about the Nazi officer has been passed down over the past eight decades and I don’t know if it is entirely true in the telling, but I feel comforted with the belief that it is.

Oh my goodness, I thought Larry made that up! I do remember Judy Tenuta 😀 but I still think Larry's wicked twinkle came from his own wicked sense of "I want everything and I want it NOW" look on life.

Glad your energy is in this momentum.  Back in the day (80s) our healing group (Larry and I) once helped a breech baby turn when the Grandma-to-be called me and asked for healing. & once when Larry was out driving taxi in between jobs, during our healing session, a dear friend got the sense Larry was in terrible danger and so the group (about 15 of us) immediately saw him safe and home. He told me later he had had a passenger who put a knife to his throat and he thought it was over, but he was able to, in some way he did not understand, knock the guy's arm away and push him out of the door. For the record, Lar was someone you did NOT want to meet in a dark alley. He could turn on a vibration that sent bad people running, and this creep wanting to steal the take of the night did just that, he tumbled out a door Larry couldn't even reach, and Larry came home and never drove taxi again!

Those two incidents are why I believe so strongly that we, humanity—individually and together—CAN change a bad situation. Not everyone. Not every life tragedy, because karma and free will are also involved. Yet if we TRUST and set a firm intention, I am positive we can at the very least mitigate pandemic encroachment. As to the other horrors happening around the globe, that too we can influence and change. Not everyone can march, but ALL of us can join in a compounded and POWERFUL beam of LIGHT that will influence the trajectory of the dark ones, and dissolve, diminish, and defeat their rapidly waning power. That, or something EVEN BETTER, is the intention.

Remember, it gets worse when they sense they have lost the power and are imploding. We may have some more crap to get through, but WE WILL, especially and sooner if we all work together energetically as well as literally.

OK, that was meant to just be a thank you because I love your energy Libra-Sister, but I am a wordy woman and my words tend to flow from the fingers. 🤣

Healing and strength for you, and healing and ease for you and your housemate. ❤️ 🌻 🌼 ❤️

Wow, that is powerful! And lines up with studies that have been done with collective meditation and decreases in crime, too.

Great suggestion

I remember reading a scientific study some years ago, evaluating whether healing meditation sessions focused on an ill person actually improved their health. The study included practitioners with a wide variety of religious/spiritual backgrounds (Hindu, Christian, indigenous, Jewish, etc.) who were located in a variety of different countries.

I do not know how it was structured but the conclusion was that the meditation sessions were effective and it didn't matter what the religious or spiritual foundation of the practitioner was, but it seemed to be the intention that mattered. Clearly, thoughts and feelings have energy.

I had a dream last night that I want to report-- I think this category may be the best for it but if the mods don't agree, please move it.

First of all, I commonly have long, epic dreams.  This one felt like I was both watching and acting in a film that was at least an hour long. (Though I'm sure it was much shorter in "brain time".)  The intro was about people looking for a good place to have an outdoor birthday party.  The people were of all ages from children to elderly.  They set up for the party in what they thought was a vacant lot but it was actually the backyard of a woman who was probably 70-something (I told the people it wasn't a vacant lot but they ignored me.)  However, the property owner was not too concerned about the party and left town on a trip, leaving to crowd to do their celebrating.  The party ended up somehow in the attic of the house.  The attic was set up with amphitheater-style seating and everything seemed very, very old-- some of it reminiscent of ancient Greece. The children thought the attic was great.  They were running around having a good time.  They broke one of the ancient artifacts, which distressed me.

At some point the house began sliding down a hill.  No one could get out until the house stopped moving, so they all settled in for the ride. After what seemed like several days, the house arrived at a nearly level plain but was still traveling at a good speed.  We saw a large, brick building up ahead, directly in our path.  People were starting to panic but I told them that the atoms of the two buildings would pass right by each other and no harm would be done. (Since most of matter is empty space.). I told them God would take care of it. (In waking life, I rarely reference "God" as such, usually as the "Higher Power" or some other universal term)

The house passed through the brick building as I'd foreseen,  then started up the side of another hill.   After losing momentum it starting sliding the other way.  It seemed we were going to be going back and forth, up and down, for days more.  Everyone settled in again.  One woman mentioned she was a Holocaust survivor, showed her tattoos, and said she'd been through that, so she could deal with the current situation.  Another woman was sitting there eating a huge piece of spice cake and said we had plenty of party food-- even some fruits and veg, and also water, so we could last a long time.    That was about the end of it.

My best guess at an overall interpretation is the dream represents the "swing of the pendulum" in history.  Things go one way, then the other, and we should just go with the ride. Eventually it will settle.  Some of the details (like the vacant lot not being vacant) are a mystery to me.

Comments are very welcome!  Thanks
