@unk-p

Check out People’s Pharmacy for some natural home remedies to prevent kidney stones. This site is one of my favorites for natural remedies and the latest information on the side affects of certain medications.  The site was created by two pharmacists who felt there was an overuse of chemical medications and wanted people to know there are many natural cures for some conditions. Lot’s of great information on this site.

@unk-p, I'm so sorry you're going through that ordeal.  Take care of yourself as best you can.   Glad you'll be having the stones analyzed.  I bet the necklace/earrings will be funky great looking -- you may even start a trend.

Sending healing prayers and love your way, my friend.

Hey to all us lounge lizards, what do you think of this scenario:

T pardons himself for colluding with the Russians in 2016, who tampered with the election process.

This tacit admission of guilt confirms that his election was illegitimate.

Therefore, all of T’s actions during his presidency are legally nullified, including his own pardon.

My head is spinning. This scenario is an example of the Liar’s Paradox ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liar_paradox). Which is deeply ironic given Trumps total lack of respect for truth.

@unk-p feel better and let us send you healing love and light.  My brother suffers from kidney stones and keeping hydrated helps him.    Don’t know if that will help but keep track of your fluid intake.    Be well my friend.

@unk-p

My condolences dear Unk ....

I can only imagine what kinda pain that is, and wonder if you might check out the 'pulverizing' non-invasive surgery that's done with Sonic waves methinks .... ?

An old wedgatarian friend I recall had this procedure (major stones from eating huge amounts of peanut butter all the time), and it worked ....

Sending you strong intentions for healing dear friend, and lullabys from Pink Floyd ?

I'll see you on The Dark Side of the Moon ..... ?

@unk-p. I’m so sorry to hear you’ve not been feeling well.  Kidney stones are the worst.  I am sending you healing and peace of mind.  Take as much time as you need to heal and recuperate.  Take care, my friend.

Anything's possible. I can't wait to see the long list of slimy snakes he pardons tomorrow.

I am brought up to the Rooftop Lounge  wasabi seaweed from Trader Joe's.

Who wants some before it is all gone?

@lovendures @lowtide @polarberry @ana @lenor @deetoo @febbby23 @stargazer @bluebelle     Thank you all for the well-wishing and the healing vibes!  Have i told you lately how much i love this family? Because i really do.

It was extremely painful, until they gave me morphine.  But then i couldn't keep any food down for 4 days afterwards.  I couldn't even read, either, w/o getting sick.  Not sure why, this never happened after the other times i had them.  Oh, well, i had been meaning to lose a few lbs. anyway.

@lenor, thanks for telling me about the People's Pharmacy- that looks like a great resource!

@febbby23, i read that having a large glass of lemon water 20 minutes before eating breakfast is supposed to help.  But your brother may already know about that?  Sorry that he has had to go thru it as well.

@stargazer- so wild that you mentioned Dark Side of the Moon, because i didn't feel like getting dressed today, and just threw on an old Pink Floyd t-shirt.  You know, that black one, w the triangle and prism.  Hehheh.        BTW, what is a wedgetarian?  someone who only eats Iceberg Wedge salads?  hope not, because, eww.

Anyways, thanks again, @everybody!

@unk-p. I am so sorry you are suffering from of all things, kidney stones.  Damn. I had them once and they were the most painful thing other than childbirth. In fact, they were as painful as childbirth. They gave me intravenous fluids which helped pass the stone, but it wasn't until the nurse, at my insistence, put her hand on the painful spot, that the stone passed and the pain went away.  I don't know what is causing yours.  Mine came from too much vitamin D.

We sent healing tonight and will keep sending it, dear friend. Kitty will also help.
