@deetoo Thank you, that is interesting as I’m the only one in my family w this strong sensitivity to meds. I woke up during the night but managed to nip the pain in the bud w my minuscule portion of Tramadol and now feel pretty good… and def more grounded. Healing light energy & prayer work! I envisioned my guardian angels and ancestors around me and slept peacefully. Thank you again :-)

@earthangel, I'm also the only one in my family who is sensitive to meds.  Really glad to hear that the miniscule portion of Tramadol helped and you feel more grounded.  I find smaller dosages of medications can often work almost as well as the full strength ones.

@anya, I agree with you about the sensitive gut.  Decades ago when I began looking into more holistic approaches to my health, I was fascinated to learn that the gut is considered the second brain.  Because it's connected to the central nervous system, imbalances in that area affect your overall health, including mood (and vice versa).  We never heard about the enteric nervous system when I was growing up.

Now when they prescribe antibiotics, the pharmacy also includes a notice recommending probiotics to take with your course of treatment.  Naturopaths were recommending that to me since the 80's.

I need emotional and spiritual support from you all.  Aside from all the political issues,

I have family members that have 45ish traits.  I need strengthening energy as well as

protective energy in order to keep balance and heal. If any of you could help me repel

or disempower some of this exterior "stuff", it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

@deetoo Well, I can't take statin drugs, ruined my knees, Metoprolol, BP pill, gave me a mini stroke. Had a bobble head for three years. I ran back to Dr., and all he said "Maybe you don't need BP pills. It only took a one a day pill for 5 days. The latest is a probiotic gummies, with cranberry. Raised my blood pressure.

@anya I can sympathize. I live with my mom, who is an ardent 45 supporter. My sister and her husband - who live down the street and talk with my mom every day - are as well. I literally have no one in my circle with whom I can talk freely and rationally about anything related to politics. I can only tell you to do your best to stay grounded and try not to allow their ignorance and inability to think logically affect you. Get out in nature as much as possible, and as silly as it sounds, absolutely hug a tree. The energy and wisdom of trees is the energy and wisdom of life - ancient, bright, and eternal - and it can help hold you up in the worst of times.

@tgraf66  Not necessarily supporters, but personality traits.  Exhausting.

Just a small bit, having my third surgery in six months (if one includes oral surgery) tomorrow. This time it is rt. knee arthroscopy. Would appreciate visions of a happy and mobile knee.
Thank you.
