@dannyboy. I sliced the end of my finger a couple of months ago. It has healed but is still tender. It took a while but the feeling is back now. Keep it clean and dry and covered for a couple of days. I’m sorry that happened to you. It’s a shock and it’s painful. Take care!
I'd like to ask for light & prayers to be sent to the families of the victims of TWA Flight 800. The crash was in the news again this morning-inclusive of photos of the reconstruction in the articles I saw. I know that the articles state that the families were notified prior to the release of information to the public, however at least in my case that was not true. I saw no chatter in private either, so I'm betting I'm not alone. I know there will always be crash related items we will have to deal with-just like any other public tragedy, but opening up the internet, tv, or other source of news to such things can be like taking a blindsided hit.

I did a search so I could understand what recent news you were referring to as I had not seen it yet. When I did find it, well, it certainly must have been a shock for all of the families. They definitely should have prepared you for this decision and the media which would be coming. Certainly the photos and story must have been rattling. The timing of the closure right before the 25 year anniversary must be difficult as well.
I am wrapping you in love and will continue to send you and all the families love. May you feel peace and may you feel the love extended to you from us and from those you love on the other side. May their memories be a blessing.

When they spring this kind of news upon you without warning, it must have felt like a stab coming without warning.
