This is an ad-free thread for products that we like.  If you have enjoyed a product, let us kow. If you need to buy some product, ask here and maybe someone has tried it. @journeywithme2 had suggested a remedy for scalp psoriasis in the rooftop revolving lounge. Here's her suggestion:

unk-p   This really really helps with my itchy scalp... the crusty sores. I can not tolerate those coal tar shampoos etc. This rosemary organic helps a lot more and for less that $10.00!! Helps with my hair falling out and " greasy, limp" hair. It's on sale during Black Friday too!! Try it!! I think it may give them the relief without the chemicals. Rosemary oil is a potent anti-inflammatory for our skin. I am so allergic to a lot of stuff!! I was glad to find this and how well it works for me.

For people who want to hang around with friends and solve cold case True Crimes, you can now purchase the case files of a True Crime and your whole family can become a detective unit.  My husband picked up this case file at our local "Take 'N Leave" and our family spent the whole evening scouring the files, checking alibis.  It was hard. We had a blast.

This was a case about a 29 year old bride-to-be child psychologist who was murdered the night before her wedding in 1998.  You can see the news story here: https://youtu.be/H-ffbCn2QbU

Pros: It's made-up, so you won't feel bad about the victim.

Cons: They cost $20 for each case file.

You can buy a case file here:

We're getting another one for Christmas.

@unk-p and anyone else who battles very dry skin and psoriatic skin lesions/patches like at elbows and knees and ankles etc.

This skin repair lotion helps me tremendously also. It's a bit expensive... but works better for me than the $54.00 prescription in tiny tubes!!! You can go to their webpage direct

https://www.laroche-posay.us

or find it on amazon.

ADOPT A SANTA Letter for Xmas! Here's a fun project:  USPS gets letters to Santa mostly from kids (and their Moms).  You can go here: https://www.uspsoperationsanta.com/

And adopt a letter, which means you get to read the letter and be Santa by buying stuff for the kid.  You pay for the stuff. You wrap it up. And You pay the postage. But USPS never lets you know the kid's address and the kid never gets to know you.

My acupuncturist gave me a product - Evil Bone Water - last summer for a whole lot of red bug bites that were really, really uncomfortable. The name is kind of sensational, it is an herbal liquid liniment from Traditional Chinese Medicine produced in the U.S.

It took care of the itching, allowed me to sleep, and for my purpose lasted longer than an antihistamine-based gel.  Don’t get it in your eyes, external use only. Has a pungent aroma, see the website for ingredients.

I haven't tried this yet but just ordered it tonight. If it works it will be a GAMECHANGER for me, and anyone like me who loves cats and dogs but is highly allergic to them.

It's called Pacagen. It's a spray that breaks down the proteins that cause the allergies. I'll be visiting friends with cats and I ordeded some to try while I'm there. If it works I will weep with joy!

I learned about it from a science channel I follow on Youtube. It's a short video if you want to know how they came up with it: Alpacas Might Hold the Answer to Your Cat Allergy Problem

(Also, I purchased the spray directly from the company at Pacagen.com website rather than Amazon).
