Dearest Coyote, I truly do hope you make the meditation tonight. Every time I do these, I feel the best physically and emotionally all week. Sometimes I'm so consumed in my work or life getting in the way I question whether I can make them, but I'm always glad I push through and do so.
I understand and feel your pain and I know I speak for many of us when I say we are all there with you. We got you! Whenever I see your smiling face at the meditations, it brings me such joy to have you there. I am going to do a separate mini meditation right now and ask my angelic guides to circle you in warmth, light and love.

Vestralux just happened to do my natal chart reading for me over the weekend. In my chart, Chiron is in Virgo, in the Third House; it's also in sextile with Ascendant; Saturn is in opposition with Chiron; Chiron is also in weak oposition with Midheaven. My Aries Sun is in the Tenth House.
I don't have enough background in astrology to know what any of that means in relation to Mercury retrograde. I don't know how to do reiki either, but a chakra cleansing sounds like it could be helpful. How does one go about doing that?

it begins w divine light from your faith source in the soul star above your head and ends in your earth star below your feet. It’s an incredibly healing manifestation.

Ok I’ll try to be as concise as possible :-)
Imagine a light from above—your faith/inspiration source. (I’ll edit and list the accompanying colors w each point bc sometimes these pop up or I may focus on the colors during the meditation.)
Since we’re approaching/in the Age of Aquarius, I ask for divine healing & protection from the Aquarian Creator. ??
Envision a bright light that fills the space from above your head to below your feet.
Begin at the Soul Star (clear/silver) above your head as a sphere that you fill w light... then on to the
Crown - I always envision my brain and bathe it in healing light to clear all negative thoughts and to help w memory, learning, etc
Third Eye (indigo) Feel its intuitive energy and cleanse the space w light.
Zeal Point (dark fuschia) I first utilized this point when I couldn’t shake tension pain there. It’s considered to be where the soul is born... at the base of the skull.
Throat (blue) Here is where I protect myself from negative or harmful words.
High Heart (pink) This point is above the heart and heals the inner child.
Heart (green) Light to strengthen, protect, and to heal hurts
Solar Plexus (gold) Source of strength, I think of the SP as core strength.
Spleen (orange) Heals digestive issues and inner healing.
Base (red) Heals and strengthens reproductive space, issues of sexuality and individuality.
Earth Star (brown) The strength and source of our roots/connection to the ground.
As I work my way down, I allow the light to linger at points which are calling out for healing.
Then, the light moves throughout my body and emanates from all limbs, etc. I sit and meditate in this space until I feel I’m ready to release it. The time varies.
Obviously, there’s a lot more data around the chakra points as they are multifaceted, so to speak and the data does vary. One could research these pts and personalize their meditation. This approach has been beneficial for me as I always feel calmer, more confident/at peace, and stronger.

I have a chakra healing guided meditation (posted in the guided meditations section of this website) that combines a qigong-like movement with a mantra.
It moves divine light that you create from your own aura through each chakra which you can feel as you do it. It cleanse and balances the chakras which are vortices of energy that form the basic structure of your energy body.
I bought a chakra kit with a poster, but had no idea how to use it. Thanks so much. A spiritual advisor suggested a Chakra cleanse. Can't wait to try these out!
@jeanne-mayell We did and they sound similar! I will definitely try yours! Similar to when I have acupuncture treatments, it’s difficult to put into words the inner feeling of an energy shift/boost after a chakra healing. I do know that energy does shift and becomes unblocked for me and I have more confidence in my ability to heal myself in a sense.
I’d like to share my first experience w physical healing. I’d returned from an Ed Markey town hall in nearby Brewster. As I sat talking in a friend’s car outside my house, I began seeing flashes of light going off frequently in the outer periphery of my eyes. One may have been dominant, I believe. It was freaky and felt dangerous. I thought maybe I was tired and tried not to worry.
A few days later, I was sitting inside in the daytime and, suddenly, a grey veil arose in one eye. I was very worried then and googled it and both symptoms pointed to retinal detachment. I was so scared, esp since I was due to leave for Ireland in several weeks.
I got an appt w a great opthamalogy group in Plymouth and, terrified, on the way there the same day I called (their office agreed I had to see a Dr. Immediately), I used chakra healing to heal my eyes.
I imagined I was in my third eye w a squeegee and I squeegeed my retinas to make them smooth and cover any tiny holes that might be there. (A local psychic friend had taught this idea to me, that for stronger healing, we can envision ourselves inside these points... quite powerful!) My heart had been pounding and I also prayed. I was so scared and sat in silence the entire way while my husband drove.
During the appt, I found out that some light flashes aren’t uncommon and the Dr spent a lot of time thoroughly checking my retinas. He was very concerned. There were no holes or detachment, thankfully. Since then, as I continued to do chakra healing, the light flashes disappeared and never returned. Of course, I also finally got a correct prescription for progressive lenses (I’m lopsided—strongly nearsighted in one eye and strongly farsighted in the other lol) which, of course, alleviated eye strain.
