I re-registered again yesterday to make sure I have the correct link. @coyote is wondering if using the one from last time will work or should he also do that for tonight?
Thanks!
@jeanne-mayell, thank you for last night's meditation. It was quite powerful and exactly what I needed.
I loved the second poem you read. Would you mind posting it when you get a chance?
@jeanne-mayell. Thank you for a beautiful meditation last night. I enjoyed it so much. It centered me, grounded me, and rejuvenated me, reminding me of what is important. Today was the first day in a few weeks, where I've gotten through the whole day and now am feeling ok. During the day, I wasn't consumed by all the bad news in the media and swept up in the text message conversations going on among friends. The other thing I realized about the meditation last night is how much I was craving live conversation and interaction with other people. Seeing everyone on video chat made such a huge difference. Truly, thank you for your kindness, for your teaching, and for simply sharing yourself and your time. I feel you are creating so many beautiful things.
Thinking of everyone and sending light, warmth, and kindness. - Mamaly.
@deetoo: The poem is called The Celebration by Mary Oliver. The whole poem is delightful and here is my favorite line:
believe us, they say, it is a serious thing
just to be alive on this fresh morning in the broken world.
Due to copyright laws, I have removed the poem from my post.

This is so beautiful. To me this reads like a prayer of hope. Thank you, dear Jeanne!
@deetoo I love those lines and made a poster out of them year's back with a photo of my son and nephew kayaking one morning.
Hi Everyone -
This is my first post and the most important thing I want to say is how warm and loving the energy I pick up from this forum.
Seriously, it's all about the greater good and I don't know about you but that feels like warm comfort for the spirit.
Yes, there are mind bongling things happening right now but something tells me not to panic...Only to prepare...But we will be good.
My hope is that I can share in the incredibly uplifting vibes :)
One thing I like to do is to get into a meditative pose and burn some white sage. The sage grounds me instantly and provides comfort. When I experience that, it helps me to feel so much more connected to the earth and everything around. It's very comforting.
