Thanks for sharing your experience here with the waterfront in this area. The entire Great Lakes Area looks huge. Are there other areas that are not as rural in Michigan that you do like? And are also not so close to the waterfront? I could imagine lower elevations and waterfront places may see a lot more flooding in the future.
