Just checking in to report a dream from last night that felt different than the ordinary jumble. It is kind of long and had two parts, the second part had three parts to it.

1. I was in the community garden where I have 3 plots. Standing at the back of the garden I saw that maybe half of the plots had been planted with sunflowers, which had grown tall and each had one large flower in full bloom. All the sunflower plants were lying down, flattened, leaves shredded and wilted, but the flowers fresh and intact and facing upward. Many, many dead plants, cut down somehow, but the flowers alive. I was dismayed and shocked. Three deer ran through the garden, all females, one stumbled and caught her back foot on the border of a plot of the lying down sunflowers that had a border of boards, like 2 x 8's. The deer limped once or twice and I feared she was badly injured, but she recovered and kept running/moving through the garden. I left out the garden gate and told staff to go look and see, I was notifying them of the sunflower situation.

2.  Then I was sorting out art supplies, cleaning and tidying an art classroom with an elementary school art educator I used to work with. Amongst empty wrappers and such, three things came to my attention to handle.

a.  A stack of perfectly preserved cellophane- wrapped packs of flat, folded sheets of gift-wrap printed in floral and botanical designs by William Morris for Liberty of London. There were various color, each pack in a single different color. The colors that stood out were blue, yellow, and rose pink. It seemed to me a finding and display of treasures.

b.  Next a paper grocery stack, a big one, full of small evening purses. All were made of velvet, were in excellent condition, and they were structured in various shapes. A black one in a boxy shape, was for me. I took it and looked at it. Most of the others were in deep jewel tones.

c.  Then a third set of items - I wondered what to do with them. Two sheafs or folders of papers, they were two completed school projects with a handwritten date on the front of each: 1989. The work of two schoolboys back then. The art educator said those should go to the school principal to keep or discard.

-----------

That was it. For me, dream deer represent something feminine. With the sunflowers I wondered about Russia and Ukraine and looked up 1989. It was the year the Berlin Wall came down, the beginning of the re-structuring of the Soviet Union, and the year in which began significant, overt politicization of nationalism in Ukraine. Bush and Gorbachev met at Malta in 1989 to discuss the re-structuring. I don't know what to make of the sunflowers and other things.

@marigold What an interesting dream! I think your interpretation is spot-on regarding 1989 and the deer. I found the sunflowers "surviving" despite the trampling as a direct reference to Ukraine (national flower is sunflower and it is all over the place as a symbol of support for Ukraine.) The country and its people are taking a beating in the war and many are falling, but they are holding off the Russians. I think it is a very hopeful representation of the current war and its possible outcome.

As for the other elements, I am not sure. Although, the name of the paper "Liberty of London" made me think again, of Ukraine's liberty and two of the paper colors (blue and yellow) are the Ukrainian flag. The rose pink may represent the love and protection that many are sending to Ukraine during this time?

@cc21 Liberty "wrapped" in love and protection maybe? I do like your thought of the hopeful representation.

@marigold  Wonderful dream. I had the same reaction to your dream as CC21, the deer and 1989 symbols are spot on... meaning Putin's attempt to reassemble the USSR will fail. Ukrainian sunflowers:  some dead, others crushed to the ground but not defeated (still alive, like their democratic country). Liberty of London... Yellow/blue of Ukrainian flag... and pink (for love). To me your vision also synchronizes with Baba's Random Predictions (April 27, 2022). During her meditation she saw "heavenly light over Ukraine." When I read her prediction I immediately sensed pink light... when I went back to quote it, I was surprised she didn't actually mention pink. Amazing. We need to keep on praying and sending angels.

@marigold

I absolutely LOVE your dream Marigold.  I also love the interpretations of it and am so happy you were able to make such detailed observations while having the dreams.  The sunflowers, date, paper, deer, all of it.

I think everyone is spot on with their thoughts.  The only thing I could add is that sometimes a pink rose can be symbol for sympathy, gratitude  and peace in addition to love.  Also, the rose is the flower for June.  Perhaps June will be a key month for Ukraine.

The purse is not so obvious but upon reflection perhaps there is more meaning here than at first glance.

What does a purse do?  It holds things of value, your money, your identity and things which you wish to protect.  An evening bag would seem to stress these characteristics so does the "jewel tones" for the bags.  The purses were not lost or stolen, they were kept together safely in an ordinary container of a grocery bag. They were stored for a time when they could be safely used again.

I really love your dream!!!

Thanks to another dream, I think understand the meaning of the sheer yellow/gold covering. First, the dream: I was standing in front of the White House when a large polished gold wedding ring-like fence that was about three feet high completely surrounded it, and the sheer cover came out of the top of the ring and reached upward to the sky, forming a dome over it. I felt a tap on my shoulder and there was a tall, older man in some sort of robe (kind of like ObiWan Kenobi) was there; he pointed at the ringed dome and said "Binah." Then he hugged me and I woke up.

I'm beginning to study Kabbalah and Binah is the third sefirot in the Kaballistic Tree of Life, and it is associated with the feminine, intuition. and understanding, and is often represented by the color yellow or gold, or sometimes black. (There are many different interpretations of the color attributes of the sefirot.)

In terms of ethical qualities, it represents repentance and writing of wrongs. After mulling this over, the "sheets" I've been seeing in dreams are the qualities of Binah that people and institutions can draw from, in terms of intellect and intuition, to get through these times. I think the gold ring around the White House has a meaning but I'm still thinking about what that is. No other building or person has had that ring. Perhaps it means this White House is firmly grounded in the reality of this world, is under the sheet of protection of the Divine, and both intuition and wisdom are being used.

@Lovendures @freya @CC21 So many thanks for the understanding that you brought to the dream. I was really shaken up and troubled by the image of all those sunflowers lying flattened out in the garden.

Also @Lovendures love your deeper explication of the purses.

@Marigold and others,

I enjoyed reading about your dream and others interpretations.
I agree about the sunflowers, crushed but not defeated.
@lovendures look into the purses was great. The fancier purses stored away for later use.
@freya The 1989 reference on Soviet Union seems ring true for me also.

I like our combined efforts of dream analysis. Thank you all

@pamp

Thanks for sharing this new dream with us.  It is beautiful and spiritual.  I like what it may represent with our current White House.

Last night I made an intention before I went to sleep.

I asked to have a dream that would tell me something about the world, that would happen in the not too distant future and that this information given be for the higher and greater good, something that I could share here with everyone.

In the middle of the night I rolled over from sleeping on my right side to my left side.  As I did so, an image of Clarence Thomas came to my mind and I heard myself saying something to the effect that he was not on the bench anymore.  This caught my attention and I woke up for a bit.  It felt like he was either stepping down or simply "gone".

I then went back to sleep.

Sometime later in the night  I again dreamt of Thomas.  This time I saw an image of Thomas and all of sudden I felt (and heard) the bones of his body break.  One big crack.

Again, this woke me up and I was rather surprised by that image and feeling.

After reflecting on both dreams, I would say that something is going to happen to Thomas which will cause him to step down/leave his position on the Supreme Court.  Perhaps it is something physical which breaks like a bone in his body.  It more likely however is a metaphor.   I often will get metaphors in dreams.   Perhaps there is something in his life which is too broken to fix and he must step down. Perhaps there is some law broken by him or someone close to him. Perhaps he broke a Supreme Court Justice norm or vow.   Or he is "broken-up"  over something,  Perhaps it is simply "breaking news" about Thomas.

Whatever it is, I would expect it to happen rather soon, within a season or two because that is normally the time frame predictive dreams come to me.  Sometimes they can even happen VERY quickly, within a few days quickly.   We shall see.  I would say by the end of the year there will likely be news, assuming this is in fact a predictive dream as I believe it to be.
