Since this is my first post - hello everyone! Just to introduce myself, I'm a 30 year old woman living in Michigan. Like I said, I've lurked on here for quite a while, and really enjoy reading everyone's posts. I follow this and the Covid-19 thread most. Although I feel very strongly about the need to vote in November, I picked my username simply because its my birth month. Nice to 'meet' all of you!

We have all had a horrible year due to Covid 19 and everything that has gone on because of T and his enablers.
When he is gone - and he will be - many of us will need healing, some will need therapy. The trauma we've been suffering from him and the GOP enabling him has been akin to abuse. Emotional, verbal (and for some) physical ABUSE. We are all looking forward to a time when we don't hear from our leader every day and hang on every thing he does (unless it's hopefully positive). The negative energies we've had to endure will require much healing and light.
We've all "signed up" for a time that is the absolute turning point for the world's healing, a raising of the conscientiousness and ushering in of a "new earth". An earth that itself comes first.
Keep on praying, sending light and don't let the craziness take you over. When you need to, walk away and send light for your own sake.

I was nervous to comment for the first time, and upon rereading my first post I can see that I misspoke. With my wording of "although I feel very strongly about the need to vote in November..." I worry I gave the impression that I'm dismissive of voting early, or anyone who has chosen to vote early. That's not how I feel about early voting, and my sincerest apologies to anyone who was off put by that; I'm embarrassed.
To clarify, I was trying to articulate that I feel voting - whenever and however is best for the voter - in this election is crucial, but that Election Day itself isn't why I chose my username of 'November'. I should have phrased it better. Again, my apologies and thank you for welcoming me.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) will introduce legislation on Friday to establish a 25th Amendment commission to assess the president's mental and physical capacity to hold office, according to a news release.
Pence has cancelled his campaign events for the next two days and is said to be flying back to Washington.

I do take exception to the comment they made about "Pelosi "teases" about the 25th.. she is dead serious...serious as a heart attack .. no teasing about it!!!
