Vanity Fair published a compelling article that fits how I've felt ever since I learned that one of the foremost labs was located in Wuhan -- that Covid-19's origin began by escaping the Wuhan laboratory. Here are some key points:
1. There are only three labs in the world that specialize in experimenting with bat-related coronavirus and getting these viruses to jump to humans: Wuhan, Chapel Hill, NC, and Galveston, Tx.
2. The field of virology has people interested in expanding a virus's ability to infect. So expanding the ability for coronavirus's to jump from bats to people has been a subject of study and it was the exact work going on in Wuhan.
3. But it's not just the Chinese. The US has been funding this work, and they even have funded the work in China, according to Vanity Fair.
4. Scientists have been actively suppressing this information because they don't want this kind of research to be stopped. The Lancet published an article, signed by 27 scientists, claiming that Covid-19 did not come from Wuhan, but that article and the signers were organized, according to Vanity Fair, by a person instrumental in organizing grants for virology studies, including the kind they do in Wuhan. It is in the interest of virologists not to let people know what they have done.
But do read the article and tell me what you think.
I have thought all along that it started in a lab. Just like it's been widely shown that lyme disease started in a leaky lab on Plum Island off the coast of Lymes Connecticut. These are not wild conspiracy theories.
@jeanne-mayell Speaking of Lyme disease and Chronic Lyme disease... are you familiar with the work of Dr.Garth Nicolson and his research about mycoplasma infections? "In 1987, Dr. Garth Nicolson, PhD was a professor at the University of Texas at Houston when his wife, an instructor at Baylor College of Medicine, became seriously ill and nearly died. She was diagnosed with a Mycoplasma infection, treated, and later recovered. A few years later, their daughter, who had served in the Gulf War, returned from active duty quite ill. Not only was she sick, but the symptoms that she exhibited were very similar to those that Dr. Nicolson's wife had expressed years earlier."
Dr.Nicolson has dedicated his life to helping to treat chronic Lyme and discusses biological warfare and experiments on our own military members in Texas. I did a lot or research about it because mycoplasma infections are indicated and suspected to have a role in autoimmune arthritis and connective tissue disease as well as chronic Lyme and Gulf War Syndrome. My sweetheart has chronic Lyme and co-infections, one of which is Alpha-Gal allergy. Another dear friend, who served in the Gulf War, died from Early Onset Alzheimers and complications" from being on those fields when all the burning of chemicals was constant.
There is and has been a lot done by our government as well as other governments (think Havana Syndrome ) to develop biological weapons so it is not far fetched at all to think that some super bugs may have escaped. If you haven't read "The Hot Zone" by Richard Preston, it is supposedly a true account of the study of Marburg and Ebola viruses in the years preceding the full blown epidemic. It is a truly terrifying read.
It is seriously disturbing what nations leaders are doing to the people and the Earth. Terrifying actually. We? are collateral damage - in more ways than one. ?
@anya, You are correct and I wasn't clear enough that there only three places in the world that are doing the exact type of research going on in Wuhan that involved teaching a novel bat-related coronavirus to infect humans. From the Vanity Fair investigation:
A few weeks ago I threw cards in response to the question "what will we eventually learn about the origins of COVID-19?" 'Eventually' can mean one month from now or years from now. This is what I got, from left to right (using the Thoth deck):
- 9 of Wands (Strength)
- 10 of Swords (Ruin)
- 5 of Wands (Strife)
There are 2 ways I'm reading this spread. When I read these cards linearly I am seeing the course of the pandemic. The 10 of Wands signifies the world in Dec. 2019: everything is in order and going swimmingly. The impression I get from this card is one of arrogance. But then the 10 of Swords signifies when the pandemic arrived in force and collapsed the global industrial world's conceit that everything is going well. It also stands in for the following year, when there were no vaccines. The 5 of Wands is where we are now: we have vaccines, but there's a slow burn of issues flaring up as we adjust (or refuse to adjust) to the new normal. When I'm not looking at the cards linearly, the 9 of Wands is still telling me that the world was overly arrogant pre-pandemic, but COVID-19 arrived as a growth experience for individuals who are ready to move forward into a new paradigm. The website I consult for the meanings of the Thoth cards identified the metaphor "phoenix rising from the ashes" for both the 10 of Swords and the 5 of Wands, which confirmed my intuition that these cards are saying all of the strife and collapsing events we've been experiencing lately are the fires of transformation and can be used to our advantage.
SO, what all of this means in response to the question "what will we learn about the pandemic's origins?" is that for people who are spiritually awakened it will become irrelevant whether the virus is human-engineered or originated spontaneously in nature. Either way, the virus can be traced to human arrogance and disregard for the nonhuman. What will matter for increasing numbers of people is that this pandemic is pushing us into a new era.
