I don'y know which country I read this for, perhaps one of our states in the US, but they have started asking medical workers NOT to self quarantine for 14 days if around someone who had the virus, only if they get symptoms. They realized they will be running low on staff if they do that. They will run out of first responders too.
I think if this gets more severe, that will start to happen many places.
Thanks to our community and lots of helpful posts on this site, we are prepared to stay home as much as possible. However, I worry about the wine stash. Do we have enough? I wish I had gone to the cannabis store, too. Sorry. Just keeping it real. This is a public service announcement to those who still have time to make those purchases.
Love you Bluebelle!!! I've got wine, vodka, tequila, cannabis (as tincture form), and plenty of chocolate (which btw can help a cough!). You probably still have time to get cannabis delivered (they do that here in CA, not sure about WA?).

My hubby (a recovering addict), has long held the notion that high blood alcohol levels prevent illness. He says when he was drunk he never got sick with a virus. Makes sense. So Tito's - not for external application so much as internal LMAO!

Im still not speaking to my sister over the 2016 election and her crazy ass ways of thinking. My brother said she is calling the Coronavirus a “cold.” Her husband, my brother in law, lives in a long term facility because of MS. ITS THE SAME COMPANY WHERE ALL THOSE PEOPLE IN WA HAVE DIED, BUT HE IS IN IDAHO. He’s going on 78. Will it take trump supporters dying to realize they’ve been lied to?

Horrible Cruise news day.
The Ruby Princess in Australia let people disembark but also had some major health screening. Not sure if everyone was let off. Not body has been allowed on today and no word to passengers waiting to board.
The Royal Princess canceled their cruise late tonight due to a crew member being transferred form the Grand to the Royal.
The Grand is floating off the coast of California where 21 people ( 19 crew, 2 passengers) tested positive. Is expected to dock...somewhere in a few days to do...who knows what with passengers.
The Carnival Panorama is delaying the sailing of their next cruise at least a day due to "health" reasons. Passengers still on board from last cruise and are not allowed to leave.
A river boat in Egypt is quarantined with 33 new cases of Covid-19.
Wasn’t there a prediction that the countries would have to work together because of a global crisis?
Also, I spoken to a “friend” sticking with trump because his 401k has risen so much. Isn’t this virus telling people we are all vulnerable, no one is better than another, no matter how much money they have?
We’ve been losing loads of money in the stock market my partner inherited. I don’t want to lose it all, of course, but it might be our sacrifice to help wake up people. This isn’t going away anytime soon.
