@ghandigirl I’m so sorry. I’m praying that all will be well with you. Peace dear friend. Sending you love and light. ?
I do not claim great intuitive skills but for what it is worth, I got a wash of strength (yours) when I read your post. I do not feel worried about you, however, I wonder if it might help to visualize some sort of interior cleansing, whatever works for you, as simple as broom and dustpan, and then I keep wanting to shake my body as if to shake it off, (on your behalf). My reaction seems odd even to me but because there are no negative side effects to this simple suggestion, I will pass it along in case it resonates with you.
@ghandigirl, I'm sorry. I really like @lovendures' idea of using your creativity as an outlet for your frustration, as well as @raincloud's cleansing visualization.
Sending you prayers of peace and protection, my friend. You'll get to the other side of this. ?
And so it begins. Day 2 of my daughter's senior year in college and she has confirmation that she has been exposed to someone with covid. She is very careful but we shall see.
At least this year she is vaccinated. A different level of fear than last year but still...
So the CDC announced today that seniors and high risk individuals should not travel on cruise ships even if VACCINATED!
That will likely leave a majority people who don't care what the CDC says now traveling on Cruise ships since a majority are seniors anyway.
Thank you everyone.
My two other coworkers had the rapid test and were negative for Covid. They had much more exposure than I. Learning this on the last day of work was helpful.
I am preparing for two craft fairs and have been busy with repairing several pieces. I also had two dreams which lead me to believe I'll be all right.
I am now masking up again and washing my hands more frequently.
I am also worrying about my daughter and her safety at her new school for her master's degree. Since we don't communicate at all, I am just sending love and protection. Now I must work on sending that to myself as well.
The care and friendship here is much appreciated. Having a place to talk helps.

This opens the door to mandate vaccines by schools and places of employment.. and perhaps reassure some fence sitters.
Don't know that it will encourage any of its base followers...the debacle in Cullman,AL Saturday showed that.

They won’t take the COVID vaccine but they would rather take horse and cow de-wormer. I don’t even understand it’s not made for humans and it’s for parasites ?♀️
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is urging people to stop taking veterinary drugs to treat or prevent Covid-19 after receiving multiple reports of patients who have been hospitalized after "self-medicating with ivermectin intended for horses," according to the federal agency.
You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y'all. Stop it," the FDA tweeted from its official account on Saturday

I was arguing with someone about this very thing. They tried to equate my use of elderberry during cold and flu season as being "the same thing" - but I had to remind them elderberry is a natural remedy that doesn't have adverse side effects - if I'm wrong I'm at least getting some nutritional value from it, and I only pop a couple a day - ivermectin has a lot of troubling side effects: https://www.fda.gov/consumers/consumer-updates/why-you-should-not-use-ivermectin-treat-or-prevent-covid-19
@journeywithme2 While I knew the news was coming, it still made me happy - especially since Pfizer is the one I got :-)
While we have seen some marked uptick in vaccinations lately I don't know that FDA approval is really going to sway any of TFG's people. Maybe some of the fence sitters but some of the fence sitters in my life have shifted their stance whenever the goal post moves, so I expect to hear a lot of "FDA may have approved it but it's still too new" from a few colleagues when I'm back in the office tomorrow. *sigh*.
One had it (COVID) last year and talks about natural immunity. While there is a little to that it's not what she claims it is. Thankfully her office is far away from mine and she never leaves it.
